Longtime South Colonie (NY) head coach and assistant coach Mike Ambrosio has sadly passed away. Please join us in sending prayers for Mike’s family and the South Colonie community.
Please join us in praying for the family of former longtime Hyde Leadershiip (CT) and East Haven (CT) head coach Melvin Wells, who died in a car accident over the weekend.
Ishpeming (MI): Head coach Jeff Olson has decided to retire after 27 seasons. Olson led the program to state titles in 2012, 2013, and 2015 and were runners up in 2010 and 2014.
Santa Margarita (CA): Luke Del Rio, who played his college ball at Alabama, Oregon State and Florida, is joining the staff as tight ends coach.
Hamilton (FL): Hamilton County HS in Jasper Florida has several coaching positions available at the Varsity, JV and Middle School level. Coordinator positions are available to the right candidates. Specific positions will be based on experience and need. We are going into the spring of our first season of rebuilding the Trojan program. We are a wing t/flex bone offense and 4-2-5 defensive team. All teaching fields, including PE are encouraged to apply. Additional coaching supplements available if desired, as well as summer pay. Minimum qualifications are: experience at the high school, college or pro level, high energy, organized, fully committed to a year round program, and a strong desire to care for and help young people reach the potential they don’t know they have. Hamilton county competes in 1A of the FHSAA. We have some interesting perks and incentives available to new coaches that will be discussed during interviews. Hamilton County is surrounded by water on three sides and Georgia border to the north. It’s known for great hunting, fishing and has that real small town feeling. We are 30 minutes from Lake Cit, FL and Valdosta, GA one hour to UF and JU, and an hour and a half to FSU. We are located at the intersection of I-10 and I-75. Tuscaloosa County (AL): Jay Todd has been promoted from defensive coordinator to head coach.

Carmel Catholic (IL): Carmel Catholic HS is looking for assistant varsity football coaches. We are looking for the best fit coaches but specifically looking for RB, WR, & OLB coaches. Blountstown (FL): Blountstown HS, located in the Panhandle about 50 miles west of Tallahassee, is looking for a game on Aug 30th due to a cancellation. We are a Rural Class A school. Nipmuc Regional (MA): After a trip to the Division 5 Super Bowl and three straight CMASS football titles, Shawn Hill has decided to step away from the head coaching position, citing personal reasons. Hill was 36-12 over four seasons.
Justice (VA): Justice HS in Falls Church, VA, is looking for Varsity Assistant football coaches for the 2019-2020 school year. Positions/Coordinator opportunities depend on qualifications. Our school is in Fairfax County Public Schools and is located 15 minutes away from Washington, D.C. We are ONLY accepting inquiries from coaches that are serious about moving to Northern Virginia and that are qualified to TEACH the following courses: Physics, Algebra, English (Literacy Lab), IB Math, IB Chemistry, School Counselor, and Technology Education.
