Longtime Michigan high school coach Jim Watkins, a member of the MHSFCA Hall of Fame, has passed away. Watkins was the head coach at Brown City HS, Imlay City HS, and Ortonville Brandon HS. Please join us in keeping his family in your prayers.
Houston Episcopal HS (TX): Episcopal HS is seeking an experienced defensive coach that is ready to help assist the Head Coach running the defense. Defensive Coordinator experience is preferred but not required. Episcopal High School is a private school located in Bellaire, Texas (middle of Houston-(Galleria Area). Must be able to teach History. Lapeer (MI): Lapeer HS is looking to hire an assistant football coach (position to match the best fit for the program) that is also qualified to coach another sport. We currently have a PE/ Social Studies opening. The ideal candidate would be willing to also coach additional sports and have a background in strength and conditioning. We are coming off from four very successful years and have a promising team returning, great administrative support and will be opening the season at Michigan Stadium. Ida S. Baker (FL): Ida S. Baker, a 6A program in Cape Coral, has an immediate need for offensive and defensive assistants with a possible coordinator position for the right candidate. Zuni High School won the NM 3A-District Championship in 2017 and is returning 8 starters on offensive and 10 starters on defense.
