The college football version of "Hard Knocks" will hit airwaves next month, as HBO's cameras take viewers behind the scenes at Florida, Penn State, Arizona State and Washington State for a week of preparation and game day itself.
It's not far from the first time a college football program has been the subject of such a show, but it's the first time HBO has taken us inside the inside.
The "24/7 College Football" trailer dropped on Thursday and, judging by the 70 or so seconds they've shown us, it's pretty much standard fare for this type of show, so take that for what it's worth24/
HBO's "24/7" brand is different from "Hard Knocks." The latter follows an NFL team through an entire training camp, while "24/7" chronicles the run-up to major events in sports ranging from boxing to hockey to golf.
The show will premier Wednesday, Oct. 2 with its Florida episode and conclude Oct. 23 with Washington State.
