Georgia Southern's Athletes in Action program wanted to raise funds to send Eagles athletes on mission trips over spring break. When you want to raise funds, you hold a fundraiser.
And when you want to hold a fundraiser, you get football coaches involved in professional wrestling. Naturally.
Eagles head coach Chad Lunsford and defensive line coach Victor Cabral joined up with Hall of Fame running back Adrian Peterson to put on a show inside the squared circle and, clearly, they had a blast doing it.
Cabral was so into it, in fact, he spent his past two Saturdays wrestling for a good cause.
For any other charities looking to hold a pro wrestling fundraiser, I'm betting Cabral might be willing to take his talents elsewhere.
