31 of the nation's top recruits weigh in on their favorite coaching staffs, and the best facilities and uniforms in college football (Featured)

The good folks over at SB Nation put together a few interesting poll questions for 31 of the top 300 recruits in the country, and their answers provide some great insight for coaches on what types of things that today's kids are looking for in the recruiting process.

Asked who the best coach is in college football, recruits overwhelming voted Nick Saban as the cream of the crop, followed by Dabo Swinney, Urban Meyer, Jim Harbaugh, Kirby Smart, Chris Petersen, Bob Stoops and Art Briles.

Recruits were also asked about their favorite coaching staffs as a whole, and the top result was Clemson, followed by Ohio State and Stanford.

Oregon absolutely dominated the favorite uniforms question, with nearly 48% of the vote, followed by Clemson with just 13%.

When it came to football facilities, Alabama again took home the top honors with Clemson, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Oregon rounding out the top five.

The moral of the story here? If you want to impress recruits be more like Alabama and Nick Saban, structure your staff like Dabo and Urban, and roll out uniforms like Oregon. Easy enough right?

The 31 recruits also weighed in on their favorite fast food, the best player in the NFL, which conference they prefer, and their favorite current musician. Head over to SB Nation for the full run down and to see all the interactive graphics they put together for the piece.
