Oklahoma State: Paul Randolph, who spent last two seasons at Indiana, is the new defensive line coach in Stillwater. Before his time with the Hoosiers he spent three seasons coaching the defensive line at Texas Tech.

Utah State: After two seasons at New Mexico State, Aggies defensive coordinator Nate Dreiling is set to become the new defensive coordinator at Utah State, Pete Thamel shares.

MTSU: Northern Iowa offensive coordinator Bodie Reeder is slotted to become offensive coordinator for Derek Mason at MTSU. 

Holy Cross (FCS - MA): Valdamar Brower has been introduced as defensive line coach. He spent the past two seasons leading the defensive line at UMass.

Memphis: Sources tell FootballScoop Memphis is set to bring home a former star player and NFL coach for a spot on the defensive staff.

UCLA: Sources confirm that Tony Washington Jr. is expected to join the staff as defensive line / edges coach after spending last season as a graduate assistant at Oregon. 247 is reporting the same.

USF: Jack Taylor, who previously served as a senior quality control analyst for the program, has now been formally announced as tight ends coach.

Murray State (FCS - KY): Murray State has officially hired Jody Wright as head coach. More here

Rhode Island (FCS): Rhode Island is seeking (1) Offensive Quality Control Coach. The position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assisting the staff with opponent breakdowns, self-scout, playbook creation, and video coordination. The position will also assist the Head Coach and/or DFO with administrative tasks as assigned.This is strictly a VOLUNTEER position; there is no compensation, housing or benefits. The last six people in this position moved onto full time jobs after their time in this role. Kent State: Kent State is set to hire South Florida tight ends coach Clay Patterson as co-offensive coordinator, tight ends and inside receivers coach, tweets ESPN's Adam Rittenberg. 

St. Thomas (NAIA - FL): Former St. Thomas assistant and former Gannon University head coach Brad Rzyczycki has returned to the program as defensive coordinator, sources tell FootballScoop. 

Georgetown College (NAIA - KY): Georgetown College is looking to fill an open date. Options may include 8/31, 9/14, and 9/21. Interested programs should contact chris_oliver@georgetowncollege.edu.

Highland CC (KS): Matthew Finnin has taken the offensive coordinator job at Highland, source tells FootballScoop. 

Purdue: Chris Petrilli is being promoted from off the field to special teams coordinator and Justin Sinz is moving to senior analyst / tight ends per multiple reports. 

Seattle Seahawks: After 14 seasons, hundreds of sidelines paced and thousands of pieces of gum chewed, Pete Carroll is stepping down as head coach.

Tennessee Titans: The Titans have requested to interview Lions' defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting. 

New York Giants: The team announced this afternoon they have "mutually parted ways" with defensive coordinator Wink Martindale. 

Ohio State: Matt Guerrieri is headed back to Ohio State as safeties coach sources tell FootballScoop. Guerrieri was co-defensive coordinator / safeties at Indiana this past season after spending the 2022 season at Ohio State. Additionally, Ohio State has now officially announced special teams coordinator Parker Fleming will not return. Update: This move has now been announced. 

UCLA: Sources share that Chip Kelly is hiring Billy Fessler as his new quarterbacks coach

UC Davis (FCS): University of Oregon grad assistant Colin Lockett is headed to Davis as receivers coach. 

Chicago: The Bears have now announced five offensive coaches won't return

Carolina Panthers: Eagles offensive coordinator Brian Johnson is set to interview with the Panthers. 

John Carroll (D-III - OH): St. Thomas University (NAIA - FL) defensive coordinator Alex Gray has accepted the same role at John Carroll. 

Ferrum College (D-III - VA): The Panthers have hired a former player who established himself as a Power 5 assistant coach as their new head coach

LA Chargers: Former Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier will interview for the head coaching job. 

Bethel (D-III - MN): The Royals are promoting from within for their next head coach.

Holy Cross (FCS - MA): Holy Cross has hired Bryan Robbat as associate head coach, special teams coordinator, and secondary coach and Andrew Dresner as offensive coordinator. Dresner served as offensive coordinator at Stony Brook this past season.

Idaho (FCS): Dan Jackson is slated to join the staff as defensive coordinator ESPN is reporting. Jackson served as Vanderbilt's defensive backs coach this past season. 

Syracuse: Michael Johnson is remaining on staff as co-offensive coordinator / tight ends and Ross Douglas is joining the staff as as passing game coordinator / receivers coach. 

Murray State (FCS - KY): The Racers are hiring an SEC assistant as their new head coach, sources tell FootballScoop.

TCU: TCU is adding former Nevada head coach Ken Wilson to its staff, sources tell FootballScoop

San Jose State: Sources tell FootballScoop receivers coach Eric Scott will not return in 2024. A former Los Angeles high school coach, Scott had been on staff the past three seasons and coached receivers at Nevada four seasons prior to that.

Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Sources tell FootballScoop Jeff Faris is hiring Luke Haker as the program's chief of staff.

Georgia Tech: Sources tell FootballScoop Memphis defensive line coach Kyle Pope is headed to Georgia Tech

Union College (NAIA - KY): Union College is looking for two games this upcoming season: Saturday, Aug. 31 and Saturday, Sept. 21. Home or away. Interested parties should contact head coach John Luttrell at jluttrell@unionky.edu.

Memphis: Memphis is moving to hire Lou Esposito away from Western Michigan, sources tell FootballScoop
