Texas: West Virginia running backs coach Chad Scott is expected to become the new running backs coach for the Longhorns, per CBS Sports. Scott served as the Mountaineers offensive coordinator the past few seasons and was co-offensive coordinator his first three years on campus before being retained by Rich Rodriguez in his return to Morgantown.
Ohio State: CBS Sports shares the Buckeyes are adding two former Power conference offensive line coaches to the staff in Marcus Johnson (Purdue, Missouri, and Mississippi State) and Charlie Dickey (Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Utah). The report adds both will work in senior analyst type positions and that Dartmouth (FCS) associate head coach and tight ends coach Wendy Laurent is joining the staff as an analyst as well.
New Mexico: The Lobos have announced the additions of four graduate assistants in Connor Berry (offense GA), Mac Austin (defense GA), Charles Crawford (offensive recruiting GA), and Danny Urquhard (defensive recruiting GA). Also joining the support staff are Steven Koch (analyst: special teams assistant), Luke Nardo (analyst: defensive assistant), Adam Behrends (analyst: offensive assistant), Dakota Winchell (director of video technology), David Harris (director of football operations), Nate Palmer (assistant linebackers) and Beau Davidson (GM).
Truman State (D-II - MO): Truman State University has an immediate opening for a Wide Receiver coaching position. This is a Full-Time position. The position will have their own recruiting area and will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position. Delaware State (FCS): DeSean Jackson has announced his staff as follows; Clinton Portis (RBs / RGC), Donovan Warren (defensive assistant), Jonas Jackson (DL), Emerson Martin (DL), Tom Sims (DL), Travis Clark (AHC), Eugene Chung (OL / RGC), Nemo Washington (OC), Sean Weston (DBs), Brandon Blackmon (DC), and Samie Parker (WRs).
Independence CC (JC - KS): Independence CC is looking for a QB coach to join our staff. Paid position, housing, and meals. Salary is negotiable and is posted at the bottom of the job description. Interested candidates can apply via this link.

Memphis: Scott Gasper, the director of player and recruiting the past three seasons at ECU, has now been officially announced as the new GM for the Tigers.
Texas State: Texas State is seeking candidates for its General Manager position. The GM will oversee recruiting and scouting operations for the Bobcats including high school prospect evaluations and monitoring the transfer portal. Jacksonville State: Kansas Wesleyan (NAIA) offensive line / tight ends coach Tanner Glisson has accepted an offensive line graduate assistant position with the Gamecocks.
Saginaw Valley State (D-II - MI): Josh Schumacher, who served as the head coach at Concordia Ann Arbor (NAIA - MI) the last eight seasons, has joined the staff as associate head coach / special teams coordinator / linebackers coach. The former 35 Under 35 member went 59-25 leading the program, making five NAIA playoff appearances before the school decided to discontinue all athletics.
Pittsburgh Steelers: Scott McCurley has joined the team as inside linebackers coach. He previously spent five seasons with the Cowboys in the same capacity and also has 13 seasons with the Packers under his belt.
California University of Pennsylvania (D-II): Tony Papley has been announced as the new defensive line coach after spending the past five seasons as the defensive coordinator at Edinboro (D-II - PA).
Arizona State: Sun Devils senior quarterback Trenton Bourget has been planning to join the coaching staff, and has recently shared that his title will be assistant running backs coach.
Wisconsin: The Badgers have extended Luke Fickell's contract through March 31, 2032. Through two full seasons, Fickell is 13-13 overall in Madison, including a 5-7 mark last fall.
College Football Playoff: The SEC and Big Ten are in the process of slicing and dicing the College Football Playoff as they see fit for 2026 and beyond. Before we get there, they'd like some changes for 2025, too.
Illinois: Nate McNeal is heading back to Illinois as executive director of player evaluations and acquisitions. McNeal had been with the Illini as director of player personnel previously, and spent last season at Syracuse in a GM role.
South Carolina: Outside linebackers / Edges coach Sterling Lucas has added the run game coordinator title on defense and defensive backs coach Torrian Gray has earned a bump to pass game coordinator.
Delaware State (FCS): Samie Parker, who spent last season at North Alabama (FCS), is now at Delaware State as receivers coach.
St. Louis BattleHawks (UFL): Phil McGeohan has been promoted to offensive coordinator and will continue in his role coaching the receivers for the team and former Iowa State and NFL quarterback Seneca Wallace will serve as quarterbacks coach.
Denver Broncos: Marwan Maalouf, who worked with new special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi in Miami and has coordinated the special teams with the Vikings, is joining the team as assistant special teams coordinator.
Boston College: Jackson McSherry, who spent five years as the director of football operations at Harvard (FCS), is joining the program as director of football business operations, ESPN shares.
Adams State (D-II - CO): The staff at Adams State has been finalized as follows; Chase Kyser (AHC / OC / QBs), Caleb Kizewski (STC / WRs), Nic Olney (OL / recruiting coordinator), Nick Gossage (DL), Demari Reynolds (defensive GA / DBs), Daniel Rowlett (defensive GA / OLBs), and Ziere Banner (offensive GA / RBs).
South Florida: Assistant director of on-campus recruiting Ryland Powell has been elevated to the director of on-campus recruiting role, per Joey Knight.
Philadelphia Eagles: Kevin Patullo, who just finished his fourth season on staff, is being promoted to offensive coordinator. He joined the team as passing game coordinator in 2021 and added associate head coach in 2023. NFL Network adds that Miami offensive assistant, and former Colts passing game specialist / assistant quarterbacks coach Park Frazier is expected to be the hire to replace Patullo.
The Citadel (FCS): After two decades at Duke, Art Chase is returning to The Citadel as the school's new athletic director.
James Madison: James Madison is seeking applicants for an analyst job to work with an offensive skill position. This position will pay a $45K salary and is fully benefited. Interested candidates should apply using the following LINK.
Washington: Having already hired one Big Ten special teams coordinator, sources tell FootballScoop that that Jedd Fisch is bringing in an AAC teams coordinator as well.
Benedictine (NAIA - KS): Benedictine is looking to hire a full-time assistant coach. Bachelor's degree required, and a minimum of 1 to five years of successful coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level. Interested candidates can read more on the position, and apply via this link.
Albany State (D-II - GA): Albany State has an immediate opening for a full-time position coach for WRs. This position comes with full benefits. Looking to hire a candidate with college coaching or professional coaching experience. Looking for a candidate who understands the needs and demands of a NCAA D2 HBCU football program. Candidate should have experience coaching or playing the receiver position. Also needs to have experience in dealing with collegiate administration and have a welcoming and approachable attitude towards working with others. This position will be responsible for assisting the head coach in the areas of coaching, practice planning and coaching, recruiting, academic monitoring of student-athletes, strength and conditioning, and video technology. New Orleans Saints: Vice President of Player Performance with the Philadelphia Eagles Ted Rath has accepted the Director of Sports Performance position with the Saints sources share.
Jackson State (FCS - MS): Jackson State is seeking a dedicated Defensive Analyst – Assistant Defensive Line Coach to join our staff in a limited-earnings position. This role will assist with defensive line coaching, film breakdown, game planning, and player development. Prior coaching or playing experience on the defensive line is preferred, a strong understanding of defensive schemes and techniques, excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Denver Broncos: The Broncos are adding Marwan Maalouf as their assistant special teams coordinator Nick Underhill has shared. Maalouf worked in scouting for the Browns this past season.
New Orleans Saints: The Saints are promoting Phil Galiano to special teams coordinator. He served in the assistant special teams role last year.
Ohio: Reagan Fornshell has been promoted from student assistant to graduate assistant, working with the quarterbacks.
The Citadel (FCS - SC): Slight chance to Maurice Drayton's coaching staff following the departure of a co-offensive coordinator, sources tell FootballScoop.
SUNY Morrisville (D-III): With the departure of Ed Raby to take over the St. John Fisher (D-III - NY) program, SUNY Morrisville has began their search for a new head coach. Interested candidates can read more on the job and apply via this link.
Dickinson (D-III - PA): Dickinson College is seeking candidates for a Defensive Coach (looking for best fit positionally). This is an intern position that includes a $11,000 stipend plus housing and a full meal plan. Candidate will be responsible for managing their own position group and their own recruiting territory, as well as any other duties assigned by the Head Coach. UTEP: Scotty Walden and UTEP are reportedly adding the architect of one of the top FCS run defenses to his staff.
Presbyterian (FCS - SC): Sources tell FootballScoop Colby Brown Sr is joining the staff as corners coach. He has previous stops at Utah, South Carolina State (FCS), Mercer (FCS - GA) and Cincinnati.
Michigan State: Detroit Lions Director of Football Compliance / Lead Football Counsel Jon Dykema has joined the staff in East Lansing as executive senior associate AD / student athlete management and assistant general counsel.
Buffalo: Isiah Dunning is the new defensive line coach for Pete Lembo at Buffalo. He spent the past two seasons at Grand Valley State (D-II - MI) and has also spent time as an assistant at Findlay (D-II - OH), Muskingum (D-III - OH), Notre Dame College (D-II - OH), Saginaw Valley State (D-II - MI) and was previously a graduate assistant in the MAC at Miami (OH).
Colorado: Coach Prime is bringing in a 15-year NFL veteran as his defensive line coach.
Edinboro (D-II - PA): Zach Griffith is the new offensive coordinator for the Fighting Scots and Tyler Hamilton is the new offensive line coach. Griffith spent the past six seasons at Western Connecticut State (D-III), the past four as offensive coordinator and Hamitlon spent last season as the tight ends coach coach at Susquehanna (D-III - PA) after two seasons coaching the tight ends and serving as assistant offensive line coach at New Haven (D-II - CT).
Tennessee Titans: Vanderbilt assistant offensive line coach Dylan Autenrieth has accepted a defensive quality control role with the Titans, per source.
Utah Tech (FCS): CJ Turner, who has spent the past two seasons on the defensive side of the ball as an assistant, is now the receivers coach.
Wayne State (D-II - MI): Savannah Country Day Prep (GA) has hired Wayne State associate head coach / offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach as their new offensive coordinator.
Troy: Sources tell FootballScoop a veteran defensive coordinator in joining the staff to work in the secondary.
Indiana University of Pennsylvania (D-II): IUP has hired Frank Cignetti Jr. to return to the program as offensive coordinator under Paul Tortorella. Cignetti Jr. has called the offense at eight different colleges including at Pitt from 2022-23 and previously coached on the IUP staff under his father, Frank, from 1990-98.
James Madison: Bob Chesney is bringing in a top FCS coordinator to bolster his defensive staff, sources tell FootballScoop.
LA Rams: Sean McVay has promoted Nate Scheelhaase to passing game coordinator. The former AFCA 35 Under 35 selection interviewed for a few offensive coordinator jobs around the NFL this past cycle.
New Hampshire (FCS): The staff have added Jaysen Thompson (DL), Isaiah Gilmore (nickels), NIck Della Jacono (STC / LBs) and Ryan VanSchelven (RBs).
North Carolina Central (FCS): Micahel Sewell Jr., a former graduate assistant at East Carolina, has joined the staff as safeties coach.
New Orleans Saints: Kellen Moore and the Saints are finalizing a deal to bring Eagles quarterbacks coach Doug Nussmeier to New Orleans as the new offensive coordinator.
St. John Fisher (D-III - NY): Ed Raby, the head coach at SUNY Morrisville (D-III - NY) the past eight seasons and as head coach the for the past four, has been tabbed as the new head coach. He replaces Paul Vosburgh, who announced his retirement back in November.
Hardin-Simmons (D-III - TX): Jaxson Money has been hired as the new tight ends coach and strength and conditioning assistant. He previously coached running backs and receivers at Texas A&M Kingsville (D-II).
Wofford (FCS - SC): Shawn Watson has announced the hires of Dustin Royston (OLBs / ST) and Brandon Napoleon (CBs).
Franklin & Marshall (D-III): Defensive coordinator Micheal Phelan has been elevated to the head coach role.
East Carolina: ECU is expected to hire Cincinnati special assistant to the head coach Luke Mullett as the new GM, per CBS Sports.
UW-River Falls (D-III): Kristian Crabb has left Briar Cliff (NAIA - IA) to become the new offensive line coach, per source.
Mississippi State: Courtney Williams is set to become the team's new assistant GM after serving as the program's director of scouting the past two years.

George Fox (D-III - OR): Spencer Crace, the offensive coordinator at Pacific Lutheran (D-III - WA) since 2018, has accepted the head coaching job. Crace replaces Chris Casey, who led the program since football's return to the campus in 2014.

Mount St. Joseph (D-III - OH): Roy Lucas Jr., the former head coach at Simon Kenton HS (KY) where he stepped down back in November, has accepted the tight ends job.
West Georgia (FCS): Stump Mitchell, a longtime NFL assistant, is joining the staff, per source.
Tennessee: Sources tell FootballScoop the Vols are adding veteran NFL special teams coordinator John Bonamego to the staff. That move and others have set Josh Heupel's staff for the 2025 season.
UTEP: After losing their defensive coordinator to the NFL, UTEP is reportedly filling their defensive coordinator job with a top FCS coordinator.
Washington Commanders: The Commanders have hired Brian Schneider as assistant special teams coordinator and the grandson of the most famous coach of all-time as an offensive quality control.
