Miami Dolphins: Former Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik is joining the team as senior passing game coordinator, per Tom Pelissero.

New York Jets: Former Vikings GM Rick Spielman has joined the staff as senior football advisor.

Buffalo Bills: Former Carolina Panthers interim head coach Chris Tabor will be the new special teams coordinator in Buffalo after a year away from the sidelines, per Adam Schefter.

Muskingum (D-III - OH): After a three-year run as the head coach at Bluffton (D-III - OH), Matt Nardo is returning to where he began his coaching career as the new head coach of the Fighting Muskies.

BYU: Athletic director Tom Holmoe has announced his retirement, effective at the end of the academic year. He spent the past two decades leading the BYU athletic department.

Howard Payne (D-III - TX): Coby Gipson, who has spent the last five years at Lamar (FCS), has been named the new head coach.

Colorado State: Multiple outlets report the Rams are hiring Nigel Madison as the new corners coach. A former Oregon analyst, Madison has been coaching the linebackers at Sacred Heart (FCS).

East Carolina: AJ Lembo is leaving the TCU staff to become director of scouting for ECU ESPN has shared. 

Virginia Tech: 247 shares former Penn director of football operations Jordyn Hall is the new director of recruiting admissions for the Hokies football program.

Las Vegas Raiders: After two seasons as an offensive graduate assistant at Ohio State, CBS Sports shares Sean Binckes is expected to join the Raiders offensive staff. Before working in Columbus, Binckes worked at Temple, and also coached running backs at FIU.

Jacksonville Jaguars: James Madison offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Dean Kennedy is interviewing for a position on staff, per CBS Sports.

UW-La Crosse (D-III): Tarek Yaeggi, the former Wisconsin Gatorade Player of the Year who was the offensive coordinator at UW-Stout (D-III), is returning to his former stomping grounds as offensive coordinator. He previously played quarterback for the program in 2016-17.

Madonna (NAIA): Kevin O'Connell has returned to the program as special teams coordinator / defensive line coach.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Niners director of scouting and football operations Josh Williams will be the first candidate to interview for the GM job today, per Adam Schefter.

Southwest Baptist (D-II - MO): Robert Clardy, the program's all-time leader in wins, has announced his resignation as he leaves for a high school job not far away.

Los Angeles Chargers: Former Florida State defensive coordinator Adam Fuller has been announced as the new safeties coach on Jim Harbaugh's staff.

North American University (NAIA - TX): The program that decided to launch football as the world was shutting down due to COVID is now shutting down football after four seasons.

Washington State: Sam King (assistant quarterbacks) and Nick Alaimalo (assistant WRs) have officially joined the staff. 

Utica (D-III - NY): Utica University is currently seeking a Graduate Assistant Football Coach. The position includes a $6,700 stipend, housing, meal plan, and 12.0 credits per year for graduate school. Coaching responsibilities to include but not limited to a Varsity position coach and JV Coordinator. Experience playing and our coaching receivers or secondary is preferred. Position to start before spring practice with a 3/1/25 start date. Interested applicants should apply online here.

Las Vegas Raiders: Former Browns and Seahawks offensive line coach Andy Dickerson is joining the staff as assistant offensive line coach, per Michael Silver.

Seattle Seahawks: The team has announced the additions of John Benton (OL), Andrew Janocko (QBs) and Michael Byrne (offensive assistant).

Greensboro (D-III - NC): Greensboro College is looking to fill two positions on the defensive side of the ball, defensive line coach and defensive backs coach. Both of these positions will be stipend positions, housing available and some meals. These positions will work directly with the defensive staff and head coach. Coaches will be responsible for running their position group, film breakdown, data entry, and all other duties assigned by the defensive staff. Preference given to those with college playing or coaching experience. All applicants must send a cover letter, resume, and references to Head Football Coach Tyler Card at tyler.card@greensboro.edu.

New Orleans Saints: Former Chargers head coach Brandon Staley is a serious candidate to fill Kellen Moore's defensive coordinator spot, per Jordan Schultz.

Buffalo: Pete Lembo has inked his contract extension aimed at keeping him at Buffalo through 2029, the school has announced.

New Orleans Saints: The deal is done. Kellen Moore is the new head coach of the Saints.

Louisiana Christian (NAIA): Louisiana Christian University is looking for a Week 3 (9/20) or a Week 9 (11/1) game for 2025, or a 2025/2026 home and home. If interested, please contact ben.mclaughlin@lcuniversity.edu.

Buffalo Bills: CBS Sports shares that former Patriots corners coach Mike Pellegrino's role with the team will be as nickels coach.

Waldorf (NAIA - IA): Waldorf University is seeking applicants for a full time Offensive Line Coach position. This position will support football operations including recruiting, practice/game preparation, and student-athlete development. The primary responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to, assisting the Head Football Coach in all aspects of the football program and working daily with the Offensive Coordinator. An undergraduate degree is needed and a Masters is preferred. Experience recruiting the Midwest will be given preference. Bryant (FCS - RI): Bryant University has an opening for an offensive line graduate assistant. Candidate will work with the Offensive Line, have a recruiting area, and be responsible for other duties assigned by head coach. A Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and being able to be admitted to one of our Graduate programs is required. Minorities are encouraged to apply. Playing or coaching experience is preferred. Grad school tuition, a bed in a shared townhouse, along with a $3k stipend is available. Louisvurg (JC - NC): Louisburg College is seeking applicants for an Offensive Assistant and Defensive Assistant Coach. We are looking for the best fit. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching a position, maintaining a recruiting territory, film breakdown (HUDL), and other duties assigned by the Head Coach. This is a 10-month position, $1,000 month, On Campus Housing, Meals and Benefits available. Position includes Auxiliary Duties as an Assistant Community Hall Director (Residence life). Miami: Damione Lewis is expected to join the staff as defensive line coach after spending the last few seasons at Colorado and with the Seahawks, per multiple reports.

Monmouth (D-III - IL): Monmouth College is looking to fill a full-time assistant coaching position on the defensive side of the ball. Position requires effective experience as a football player and/or coach. Commitment to the mission of a residential liberal arts college, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are also among the requirements. Buffalo: ESPN shares Pete Lembo and the school have reached an agreement on a new contract, complete with a raise, following a 9-4 inaugural season. The report adds the deal also includes a significant increase in resources for assistant coaches and staff.

Temple: Georgia player personnel analyst Nick Griffith is expected to take the director of scouting job with the Owls, per CBS Sports.

New Orleans: The Saints are expected to finalize a deal to make Kellen Moore their new head coach today. Stay tuned.... 

John Carr: After a season as the head coach at Clinton HS (MS), the college coaching veteran with stops at ULM, Troy, Souther Miss and Jones CC (MS) has accepted the head coaching job at Starkville HS (MS). Carr is the former head coach at Ouachita Parish (LA) from 2005-12, where he went an impressive 72-28.

Endicott (D-III - MA): Endicott is seeking applicants for a full time Offensive Coordinator position. Quarterback or Wide Receiver experience preferred. This position will support football operations including recruiting, practice/game preparation, and student-athlete development. The primary responsibilities of the position will include but are not limited to; assisting the Head Football Coach in all aspects of the football program. Undergraduate degree is needed and Masters preferred. Experience recruiting the Northeast will be given preference. Georgia Military (JC): Georgia Military College  is seeking a wide receivers coach. The position includes a $25,000 salary with housing and occasional meals. This position is designed for highly motivated individuals with high work ethics who have experience coaching Wide Receivers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Coaching wide receivers, conducting meetings, and on and off-campus recruiting. Tulane: Tyler Kelly, who spent last season as a wide receivers graduate assistant, has been elevated to assistant running backs coach / offensive recruiting specialist.

The Citadel (FCS - SC): Per source, Phill Guard will be the new offensive line coach at The Citadel. Guard most recently was assistant offensive line coach at Syracuse where they finished top 10 in total offense, and also brings experience as the offensive line graduate assistant at Rutgers.

St Ambrose (NAIA - IA): St Ambrose University is seeking applicants for a Defensive Graduate Assistant (DBs) coaching position. This individual will be responsible to coach a defensive position, recruit a designated area, and any other responsibilities appointed by the Head Football Coach. Collegiate playing or coaching experience preferred. The position will include a monthly stipend and graduate tuition waiver. Contingent on successful admission to a Graduate School. Saint Vincent (D-III - PA): Zach Shaw, the former quarterbacks coach at Manchester (D-III - IN), has accepted the offensive coordinator / quarterbacks job.

Central Lakes (JC - MN): Central Lakes College, a D3 JUCO located in Brainerd MN, is looking for Assistant Coaches for 2025 season for the following positions; offensive line, running backs, defensive line. All positions are part-time temporary small stipend paid positions . Pay will depend on experience. Contact Coach Thurman at toby.thurman@clcmn.edu if interested.

Schreiner University (D-III - TX): Keith Allen has been named head football coach at Schreiner University. Allen has previously served as head coach at the King's Academy (FL) and at Southwest Baptist University and has nearly 20 years of collegiate coaching experience. Schreiner plans to bring back football for the first time in over seventy years, fielding a team for the 2026 season.

Dallas Cowboys: Steve Shimko, the offensive coordinator at Boston College in 2023 and an offensive assistant on last year's staff, will be the new quarterbacks coach, per Todd Archer.

Minnesota: Central Michigan defensive line coach CJ Robbins, who has recent prior stops at Kent State and South Dakota (FCS), is expected to be the new rush ends coach for PJ Fleck's Gophers, ESPN shares. 

Brown (FCS - RI): Brown University is hiring for a defensive assistant. This position is full-time with benefits. Interested candidates should email a resume to Director of Football Operations Evan Siegel at evan_siegel1@brown.edu.

Concord (D-II - WV): Concord is accepting applications for 2 entry level coaching positions (1 Offense/1 Defense). All positions will be considered. Southeast Missouri (FCS): The SEMO program is adding a pair of defensive coaches, sources tell FootballScoop.

Texas: Names have emerged for the Texas defensive backs opening.

Ohio State: With Brian Hartline moving to offensive coordinator, Ryan Day is making another internal promotion to co-offensive coordinator.
