Northwestern: Northwestern has reportedly hired an FCS defensive coordinator to fill its staff vacancy.
Pac-12: The league's presidents and athletic directors met this morning, as expected, and were reportedly presented the details of a TV deal, and ultimately left the meeting with no agreement in place, per multiple reports.
Erskine (D-II - SC): Erskine College is accepting applications for an offensive intern working with the RB’s. This is a stipend position, meals are included. Applicants must have a strong Christian faith and work within Erskine College’s Christian mission. Responsibilities include practice/game preparation, managing the position, recruiting, equipment, video, film breakdown, data entry, and other duties assigned by the head coach or offensive coordinator. The successful candidate will have prior recruiting experience as well as experience with athletic fundraising, alumni relations and community engagement in addition to previous budgetary management experience. Candidates should have familiarity and working knowledge of NJCAA rules, and commitment to a strong compliance culture along with adhering to all Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association, and Andrew College guidelines, regulations and policies. The selected individual should possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and a commitment to the academic and life skills development of student-athletes. The Head Football Coach must understand the dynamics of a small college setting and have the ability to take on several tasks outside the coaching arena towards success for the Athletic Department and Andrew College as a whole. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred. Previous head or assistant collegiate level coaching experience preferred.
