Kelly is not in coaching now but coached previously at Utah Tech, Central Washington, Weber State, Utah State, Williamette, Utah State and BYU. The couple have three young sons. Air Force: The NCAA has handed down a two-year probation from the NCAA and four individuals reached an agreement with NCAA enforcement staff for recruiting violations that occurred within the football program during the COVID dead period. Other penalties include a reduction of 46 total official visits for the football program for 2022-23 and 2023-24, no official visits from September 1 through October 12, 2022, no recruiting communications for four weeks, a reduction of 10 evaluation days, and a reduction in the size of the football team by 10 for four years, beginning this year.
