BYU: On the possibility of playing a Pac-12 team this season, BYU said this to ESPN: "BYU remains open to exploring options to add football games this season with schools from any conference playing non-league games, including the PAC-12, and will evaluate week-to-week." Kalani Sitake's 8-0 Cougars are open the next two weeks.

Oregon: Two Ducks assistant coaches had a creative idea for a new alternate uniform, and with some help from Nike, came up with perhaps the best new alternate unis of 2020. Introducing the Ohana uniforms for Oregon.

On the Line: We've got major stakes on the line in every conference this week, starting with the biggest game Indiana's played in more than 50 years.

Colorado: AD Rick George says the Buffs will not pursue a non-conference opponent this week. The 2-0 Buffs will now turn their total focus to 2-0 USC next week.

Colorado State: Despite the PAC-12 clearing the way for teams like Colorado to schedule an opening with in-state rival Colorado State, the Rams will not play this week (their game against UNLV was cancelled due to COVID issues with the Rebels) and will instead focus on playing Air Force next week, Justin Michael tweets.

PAC-12: The PAC-12 has approved non-conference games, enabling teams that have to cancel due to COVID concerns to fill the date with a non-conference team. The caveats include; home games only, PAC-12 team has until end of the day on Thursday to break the non-conference contract if PAC-12 team becomes available, and the scheduled opponent must test at least three times a week and agree to PCR testing administered by a third party the day of the game.

Carthage (D-III - WI): Carthage College is looking for a Recruiting and Retention Graduate Assistant with their football program. The Recruiting and Retention GA will work in conjunction with the Recruiting Coordinator to handle all setup of official and unofficial visits on campus. They will be responsible for assisting the assistant coaches in input and rating of recruits, setting up their school visits, and generating social media graphics as directed. The GA will also assist in the execution of the program’s academic game plan as well as oversight of study tables and the football study center. Must be proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Publisher, Visio and Outlook) and Photoshop. Maryland: In addition to canceling Saturday's game with Michigan State, Maryland announced Mike Locksley has tested positive for COVID-19. He is currently isolating at home.

Montana State (FCS): Head coach Jeff Choate has announced a reordering of responsibilities on his coaching staff, including adding the title of associate head coach to BJ Robertson, who has been coaching the special teams on staff since 2016. Running backs coach Jimmy Beal will remain in his role as recruiting coordinator, and assistant head coach / linebackers coach Bobby Daly will coordinate defensive recruiting.

Denver Broncos: Defensive coordinator Ed Donatell, who has been battling COVID since the last week of October, has been released from the hospital and continues to recover at home. Donatell has missed the last three games, but has been able to participate in virtual meetings from home. Please join us in continuing to keep coach Donatell in your prayers through his recovery.

Tennessee: Phil Fulmer quietly received a two-year contract extension back in May that takes him through December 31, 2023, Knox News shares. His annual combined base and supplemental salary will remain at $900k and he is elgibile for an annual retention bonus if he's still with the Vols on December 31st of each year of his deal.
