Alabama: Alabama is set to approve a major honor for Nick Saban tomorrow.

Utah State: As expected, attorney Tom Mars shares tonight that the school has now formally terminated the contract of head coach Blake Anderson. Mars adds that decision, as well as Utah State's press release July 2nd violates the terms of Anderson's employment agreement and that they will be "pursuing all available legal remedies" on his behalf.

Lane Kiffin: Paul Finebaum was Kiffin's latest target at SEC Media Day, as he hits the popular SEC media personality with "I don't know what you're good at."

Southeast Missouri State (FCS): SEMO is looking for a Defensive QC. This position will assist the Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator as needed. Experience with Visio, XOS and PFF is preferred. Ohio Wesleyan (D-III - OH): Ohio Wesleyan University invites applications for the position of Assistant Football Coach. This is a Restricted Earnings Position that includes a stipend and on campus meal plan. The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the Head Coach in all phases of the Football program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: identify, recruit, coach your own position group, and develop high-level student-athletes for the program; organize official and unofficial visits; assist with practice, game preparations, and planning of travel itineraries; assist the head coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring, fundraising, game management and scheduling and other administrative duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree required. Demonstrated experience instructing on the rules and fundamentals of the sport. Collegiate football playing and coaching experience is preferred. CPR, First Aid and AED Certification is required (and can be completed after hire). Bryant (FCS - RI): Bryant University has an immediate opening for a Defensive Quality Control Position. This is a volunteer position with no housing or benefits. There is a small stipend available working in conjunction with the equipment room. Local applicants are encouraged to apply. This is an entry level position designed for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and an interest in gaining direct work experience at the FCS Level. Ideal candidates must be highly organized, proficient in XOS, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and other computer skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: video upload and editing, opponent film breakdown, opponent reports, creating weekly defensive scouting reports using Visio, assisting with recruiting, tracking recruiting activity, and any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach. Candidates must be able to start working as soon as possible. Previous experience coaching or playing is preferred. Dan Hawkins: The former UC-Davis, Boise State, and Colorado head coach has reportedly landed a unique new coaching opportunity.

Indianapolis (D-II - IN): The University of Indianapolis is looking for a Running Backs Coach. This coach will be responsible for coaching his own position group, leading position meetings, recruiting his own area, and any other duties assigned by the head coach/offensive coordinator. This coach will also be responsible for assisting with film breakdowns for opponent scout. This is a 9-month position with a salary of 16,500, plus meals and summer camp check. University of the Cumberlands (NAIA - KY): University of the Cumberlands is looking for an Operations & Recruiting Graduate Assistant (GA). This position will also work with either offense or defense based on the best fit determined by the Head Coach. This is a 12-month position and includes monthly pay of $1,200 and graduate classes. Responsibilities include assisting in coaching a position group, assisting in operations, recruiting a territory, breaking down film, and completing other duties assigned by the head coach and coordinators. Experience playing and coaching at the college level is preferred. Preference will also go to candidates that exhibit technological skills related to graphic design and have a passion for the coaching profession.
