**BREAKING: X&O Labs’ A.I. Protocol Evaluates Portal Transfers’ Eligibility in Minutes: An undisclosed FCS football program used X&O Labs’ proprietary A.I. protocol to evaluate transfer players’ academic eligibility in minutes. “When a player hits the portal, there is roughly a 20-hour window before those players are committed,” said X&O Labs’ Mike Kuchar. “This staff was able to identify those players that would immediately be academically eligible at their school—and they did this in minutes.” Next up, Kuchar and his researchers will soon test using their A.I. protocol to create Play-Caller Personality Profiles of opposing teams’ offensive coordinators. Joe Moore Award: The only award to go to an entire unit, Washington's offensive line has been named the winner of the Joe Moore Award for this season.

Tulane: Troy's Greg Gasparato and Tayler Polk are both joining Jon Sumrall's staff at Tulane, Matt Zenitz shares. The report adds that Gasparato will be defensive coordinator and Polk will be co-defensive coordinator and inside linebackers coach.

Gardner-Webb (FCS - NC): Payton Veraldi, a former NAIA quarterback at Lindsey Wilson who spent last season as a defensive assistant at Middle Tennessee State, has joined the staff as quarterbacks coach / recruiting coordinator. He is a former graduate assistant at Tiffin (D-II - OH) under Cris Reisert.

North Dakota State (FCS): Defensive coordinator Jason Petrino is not being retained on Tim Polasek's staff, and linebackers coach / special teams coordinator Grant Olson is being promoted to defensive coordinator and defensive line coach Nick Goeser will be co-defensive coordinator, Adam Rittenberg shares.

Eastern Illinois (FCS): Sources tell FootballScoop that EIU is set to name one of college football's youngest coordinators to take over their defense.

Middle Tennessee: Cornelius Williams, who spent last season at New Mexico, has been formally announced as wide receivers coach.

Munich Cowboys (Germany): The Munich Cowboys are seeking an assistant coach for the 2024 season. A coordinator position could be possible for the right candidate. The compensation package includes; Round-trip airfare, housing, transportations, insurance, a fitness studio, and a living stipend. The Cowboys have played more games in the GFL than any other team in Germany and the club is based in the heart of Munich, considered one of the best places to live in Europe. The Cowboys will also have a representative present at the 2024 NCAA Coaches Convention in Nashville, TN who will be available to conduct in-person interviews.

Eastern New Mexico (D-II): Eastern New Mexico is looking to hire a GA for either side of the ball that best fits the candidate’s knowledge and expertise. This position comes with $5000 a semester Stipend to pay for tuition and living expenses. Ideal candidates should have college football playing experience and have acquired a bachelor's degree. An undergraduate GPA of 2.8 or better and admittance into a graduate program is required. The position holds a very high likelihood of running your own position group, helping manage equipment, practice/game input, and other duties as assigned. Missouri: Both offensive coordinator Kirby Moore and defensive coordinator Blake Baker have inked contract extensions.

Harding (D-II - AR): Harding University is seeking applicants for 2 graduate assistant openings, 1 on offense and 1 on defense. Harding is looking for candidates with tremendous passion, relentless energy, a Christian faith, and a strong desire to be involved with all levels of recruiting. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) film breakdown and scouting, assisting with a position group (best fit), recruiting, and other duties as assigned. Tuition credit is provided. East Carolina: UNLV safeties coach Damon Magazu is joining the Pirates staff in the same capacity. Magazu spent the past three seasons at UNLV.

Gardner-Webb (FCS): Tyus Alcorn has accepted the receivers job on Cris Reisert's staff. He previously coached the receivers at North Park University (D-III - IL) and served as special teams coordinator / receivers coach at Fairmont State (D-II - WV) for the 2021 season.

Texas A&M: Mike Elko and the Aggies have reportedly found their defensive coordinator.

McNeese State: Aaron Ingram is leaving Ball State to become general manager of McNeese football

New Mexico: Bronco Mendenhall has completed his staff with the Lobos.

Florida State: At tomorrow's board of trustees meeting, the Seminoles are reportedly set to begin a process that could lead to them leaving the ACC.

Wyoming: Linebackers coach Aaron Bohl has been elevated to defensive coordinator. Bohl spent the past four seasons working with the Cowboys linebackers.

Minot State (D-II - ND): Minot State has their defensive coordinator position is open. This position will include a $65,000 base salary, full benefits, & camp money. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years collegiate experience, linebackers/coordinator background preferable.1/1/24 Start date. William Penn (NAIA - IA): William Penn has an immediate opening for a graduate assistant coach. Looking for a recent college graduate with high energy and drive. The position includes tuition, a stipend, and meals. Interested candidates must be able to be admitted into William Penn University graduate school. Geneva (D-III - PA): Geneva College is seeking a full-time Assistant Coach/Offensive Coordinator. Ideal candidate should have play-calling experience, ability to help formulate game plans, and a proven track record in recruiting. Geneva College is committed to and configured for option football and prefers candidates with experience within those schemes. Geneva College is a Christian college and eligible candidates must be thoughtful and articulate Christians and an active member of an evangelical church.
