Alabama: Baylor linebackers coach Christian Robinson, who has multiple previous stops in the SEC including at Georgia, Florida, Ole Miss and Auburn, will be the new outside linebackers coach for the Tide, per multiple reports.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania (D-II - PA): IUP is currently looking for a Linebacker’s coach. This is a Full-Time position with benefits. LA Rams: Adam Schefter adds that in addition to Nathan Scheelhaase (see below), the Rams are also adding former Falcons offensive coordinator Dave Ragone as their quarterbacks coach.

Mercer (FCS - GA): Shaedon Meadors, the former wide receivers coach at Wingate (D-II - NC), has been announced as tight ends coach.

Texas Tech: Tight ends coach Josh Cochran has added the title of run game coordinator.

Miami Dolphins: Mathieu Araujo has been promoted to corners coach after spending the last two seasons as assistant defensive backs coach fore the team.

Bemidji State (D-II - MN): Sources tell FootballScoop the Beavers have found their new offensive line coach, and he's coming from the ACC.

New England Patriots: Nearly all of these have been previously reported but today the organization formally announced 17 members of Jerod Mayo's staff, and they include: Bob Bicknell (TEs), Taylor Embree (RBs), Tyler Hughes (WRs), Robert Kugler (assistant OL), Ben McAdoo (senior offensive assistant), Michael McCarthy (offensive coaching assistant / quality control), TC McCartney (QBs), Scott Peters (OL), Tiquan Underwood (assistant WRs), Vinny DePalma (defensive coaching assistant), Dont'a Hightower (ILBs), Jamael Lett (defensive coaching assistant / quality control), Jerry Montgomery (DL), Drew Wilkins (OLBs), Tom Quinn (special teams assistant), Coby Tippett (special teams coaching assistant / quality control), and Brian McDonough (assistant S&C).

Valdosta State (D-II - GA): Valdosta State has an opening for an offensive line graduate assistant. Position includes, but is not limited to: assisting with a offensive line on the field and in the meeting room, video editing, film sharing, equipment, manage and direct scout teams, weekly data input, weekly analytics, and other duties assigned by the head coach. Ideal candidates are super-organized and are good with Microsoft excel, word, power point and other computer skills. The job comes with housing starting in the summer, and a $500 monthly stipend. Tennessee: Cincinnati running backs coach De'Rail Sims is expected to join the UT staff in the same role sources tell FootballScoop. 247 sports has reported the same. 

Auburn: The program has announced the additions of Kenyatta Watson (director of recruiting research strategy), Maurice Harris (Director of football and recruiting relations), Aaron Pittard (assistant director of player personnel), TJ Randall (assistant director of player personnel), TJ Randall (assistant director of scouting and player personnel), and Haylee Brown (hospitality graduate assistant).

Truman State (D-II - MO): Truman State University has an immediate opening for a Defensive Skills (Secondary or Linebacker) coaching position. This is a Full-Time position. The position will have their own recruiting area and will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position. Background in Special Teams is a plus. Tennessee: The Vols have beefed up their support staff by adding CJ Holden from UCF, FootballScoop has learned today.

Wilkes (D-III - PA): Chris Bantell, who returns for a second stint with the program after five seasons at King's College (D-III - PA), has accepted the associate head coach / defensive coordinator. Also, SUNY Morrisville (D-III) assistant head coach / offensive coordinator / quarterbacks coach Matt Rogers is also back for a second stint with the program, this time as offensive coordinator.

Truman State (D-II - MO): Truman State University has an immediate opening for the Offensive Line coaching position. This is a Full-Time position. The position will have their own recruiting area and will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position. New Hampshire (FCS): Wide receivers coach Charles Watkins has been selected to participate in the NCAA and NFL Coaches Academy this week in Charlotte, NC.

Tennessee State (FCS): Eddie George has finalized his offensive staff with the additions of North Dakota State (FCS) assistant offensive line coach Seth Hestness as tight ends and fullbacks coach and Bemidji State (D-II - MN) offensive line coach / recruiting coordinator Dylan Chmura as offensive line coach. Also, linebackers coach Joe Bowden, who is in his third season with the team, has been elevated to associate defensive head coach.

Marshall: Henry Baker, who spent the last four seasons at Maryland after some time in the NFL as an assistant defensive backs coach with the Giants, is expected to join the staff as corners coach, 247 shares.

Georgia Southern: Pass game coordinator / tight ends coach Ryan Aplin is expected to move to quarterbacks coach / offensive coordinator, per 247. The move comes as a result of Bryan Ellis leaving the staff to join Alabama's offensive staff.

Colorado State: Colorado State is expected to dismiss AD Joe Parker, sources tell FootballScoop

SMU: JR Sandlin is expected to join the staff as assistant AD and general manager, per 247. He most recently served as director of player personnel and recruiting for Brent Venables at Oklahoma.

Arizona: Missouri AD Desiree Reed-Francois has accepted the same role at Arizona.

Upper Iowa (D-II -IA): Upper Iowa University has an opening for Offensive Line Coach. This is a full-time position with benefits. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience at the collegiate level is preferred. Michigan: Moore reportedly has his first million-dollar coordinator in Ann Arbor. Here are his contract details, as well as two additional hires.

Central Arkansas (FCS): The University of Central Arkansas is currently seeking a Special Teams Quality Control coach. This position is strictly an INTERN position. There is NO compensation, housing, OR benefits. This is a great opportunity for young coaches looking to get into the Coaching Profession. Wartburg College (D-III – IA): Wartburg College is seeking applicants for an intern assistant coach (offensive skill). This is a 10-month position earning $15,000 and a limited on-campus meal plan reporting to the Head Football Coach. Responsibilities include leading a position group, position meeting organization, practice and game planning, managing a recruiting territory, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach. A bachelor’s degree is required, and relevant football/coaching experience is preferred. Oklahoma: Jolie Ale is joining the Sooners as their new director of on-campus recruiting, per 247. Ale replaces Lee Davis, who left for an assistant athletic director post at UCF and brings experience with the Chargers and at Utah and USC.

Winona State (D-II - MN): Per source, Gustavus Adolphus College (D-III - MN) offensive coordinator / offensive line coach Carlie Cosgrove has accepted the offensive line job.

Millikin (D-III - IL): Millikin University is looking for a running backs coach. This is a part-time (11 months), intern position, with a stipend, a furnished apartment, and a meal plan. This appointment will: run your own position group meetings, breakdown film, assist the OC in all game-planning responsibilities, recruit your own area, and assist the HC in day-to-day operations. Candidates must have a completed bachelor’s degree. Seattle Seahawks: Josh Bynes, who was coached by Mike Macdonald while with the Ravens and had recently interviewed for positions with the Ravens and Chargers, has accepted an assistant linebackers job with the Seahawks, per Aaron Wilson.

Hardin Simmons (D-III - TX): Hardin Simmons is looking for a 2024 week 3 - September 21 or week 4 – September 28 home game. Financial guarantee available. Crown (D-III - MN): Crown College (D—III - MN) has an immediate opening for a stipend Defensive Skills coaching position. Applicants must have a strong Christian faith and work within Crown College’s Christian mission. The position will have their own recruiting area and will be responsible for coaching and managing their own position. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to film breakdown and data entry, recruiting, running positional meetings, assisting with game preparation, and other duties assigned by the head coach. Calvin (D-III - MI): Tim Swore, who joined the staff two months ago as assistant offensive line coach, has decided to return to the high school head coaching ranks at Lakewood HS (Lake Odessa, MI). Swore previously led programs at Carson City Crystal (MI) and NorthPointe Christian (MI).

Montana Tech (NAIA - MT): Montana Tech, located in Butte, MT is looking for a home game on August 31 or September 14 (2024) Contact Head Coach Kyle Samson at ksamson@mtech.edu if interested. Open to all NAIA, D3 or D2 Schools. We would be willing to pay for hotels and meal. Would be willing to do a Home and Home for 2024 and 2025.

Morehead State (FCS - KY): Joe Montag has accepted the defensive coordinator job after two seasons in a defensive quality control role at Louisiana. He previously coordinated the defense at Alderson Broaddus (D-II - WV) and has been a defensive line graduate assistant at New Mexico, Houston and Purdue.

Rocky Mountain College (NAIA - MT): Southwest Baptist (D-II - MO) quarterbacks coach / pass game coordinator Samuel Mora Jr. is returning to Rocky Mountain as tight ends / inside receivers coach and pass game coordinator.

Lincoln (D-II - MO): Eric Lee, who coached at Nebraska Kearny (D-II) previously, has joined the staff as secondary coach.

Miami (OH): McNeese State (FCS - LA) receivers coach Roy Roundtree, who previously coached the receivers at Grand Valley State (D-II - MI), is expected to be the new receivers coach, per 247.

Sussex County CC (JC - NJ): Sussex CC Football program is looking to fill multiple positions, Offensive Line, Linebackers, and Corners coaches. Background in strength and conditioning and also Special Teams a plus. These are Stipend Positions, NOT Full Time. Positions on campus are available but would need to be applied to separately. No housing available. Seattle Seahawks: Former Titans passing game coordinator Charles London is joining Mike Macdonald's staff as quarterbacks coach, Aaron Wilson shares. He has previous NFL experience with the Falcons, Bears and Texans.

Las Vegas Raiders: Rich Scangarello is considered the front runner for the quarterbacks job, Jeremy Fowler shares. Scangarello has offensive coordinator experience both in the NFL and one season at Kentucky. Fowler adds that Fred Walker, who was an offensive assistant for the team the past two seasons, is expected to be retained and move to assistant quarterbacks coach.

Southern Illinois (FCS): Southern Illinois has a graduate assistant opening. Looking for best available young coach, so position and side of the ball is flexible.. Interested candidates can email Ryan.mcvicker@siu.edu.

Miami Dolphins: Adam Schefter shares this morning that Montana (FCS) defensive coordinator Ronnie Bradford is returning to the NFL as senior special teams assistant. Bradford is a former NFL defensive back and assistant coach who spent last season with the Grizzlies working with the safeties and he has previous experience at USC, LA Tech, Memphis and with the Chiefs and Broncos.

Texas: Steve Sarkisian's new deal is significant.

Tampa Bay: The Bucs are hiring Georgia receivers coach Bryan McClendon as their new receivers coach Adam Schefter has shared.

Oklahoma State: Per source, Tulsa offensive graduate assistant Byron Robinson has left for a defensive graduate assistant position at Oklahoma State.

Misericordia (D-III - PA): Head coach John Davis has announced he is stepping down. Please join us in continuing to pray for his wife.

Kean (D-III - NJ): Kean University is looking to fill the opening of Wide Receivers Coach. This is a part-time position with a small stipend and no benefits. This position comes with the opportunity to lead your own position room, be an integral part of the game planning process and grow your network at the collegiate level. Middle Tennessee: Former Michigan State analyst Darrius Sims is joining the staff at MTSU as director of scouting. 

Miami: The Canes are planning to hire Marshall defensive backs coach Chevis Jackson in the same capacity. Barry Jackson was among the first to share the news.
