Furman (FCS): Furman University has an immediate opening for a Director of Football Operations for veteran head coach Clay Hendrix. Job Summary:

Responsible for the management of the daily operation of the football office and serves as a main point of contact for program operations. Represents the football program at external, campus and wider community events with the Head Football Coach. Serves as the department's administrative liaison and works closely with athletic administration, on-campus partners, external constituents and the Southern Conference to ensure overall success of the football program.

North Park (D-III - IL): North Park University, located in Chicago, Illinois, is accepting applications for a Defensive Graduate Assistant Football Coach. The opportunity includes working with the Secondary, recruiting in your own area, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Graphic, video, and digital media experience is preferred. Compensation includes a master's degree, $6,000, a partial meal plan and the possibility of free housing. Qualified candidates must have a bachelorโ€™s degree, gain acceptance into one of North Park's graduate programs, and have a personal commitment to North Parkโ€™s mission of Christian higher education. Strong interpersonal skills, a tireless work ethic, and a desire to learn are essential to the position. Western New Mexico (D-II): Western New Mexico University invites applicants for Graduate Assistants for both Offensive Skill AND Defensive Skill. These positions will begin in late May. Responsibilities will include coaching a position and all duties as assigned by the Head Coach/Coordinators. Acceptance into the WNMU Graduate Program is required. CBS Sports: CBS is removing Phil Simms and Boomer Esiason from "The NFL Today" desk and adding Matt Ryan, according to The Athletic.

Eastern New Mexico (D-II):  Mike Pomfret, the former head coach at Yuba (JC - CA), has joined the Greyhounds staff coaching the linebackers.

Briar Cliff (NAIA - IA): Briar Cliff University is seeking a graduate assistant to coach on defense. This position is responsible for developing our student-athletes on and off the field, coaching your own position group, assisting with special teams, and having your own recruiting area. Must be accepted into one of our graduate programs (3.0 minimum GPA). The compensation package includes a $5,000 stipend and full tuition waiver. Walsh (D-II - OH): Walsh University is looking for an Offensive GA position best fit. Compensation includes $5,000 yearly stipend, full tuition, but no room and board. Responsibilities include Coaching an offensive position, film breakdown, data entry, helping with recruiting and operations, assisting with game preparation and scouting reports, and any other duties assigned by the staff. Prefer applicants to have experience with Hudl, Microsoft Office, and Arms but not required. Prefer candidates with connections in Northeast Ohio due to not having housing available. Arizona Cardinals: Darius Vinnett, an area scout for the team who has 11 seasons of experience in Arizona, has declined an extension offer and will not return, per Neil Stratton.

Wingate (FCS - NC): Wingate has added a former NFL wide receiver to the staff, sources tell FootballScoop.

Hawaii: Ella Devenny has accepted the director of recruiting job with the program. She previously worked in event operations, assisting with team operations with the Tampa Bay Bucs.

Philadelphia Eagles: Brad Obee, who spent nearly a decade with the Eagles most recently, is exploring new opportunities as his contract in Philly has ended, Neil Stratton shares. Obee spent six years with the Bears previous and is a veteran of both pro and college scouting.

New York Jets: Dennis Lee, the defensive line coach at Carleton College (D-III - MN), has accepted a Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship with the Jets for their organized team activities.

Chicago Bears: Neil Stratton shares that Sam Summerville, who was voted on of the best scouts among the NFC in 2022, will not return. Also, area Scout Drew Raucino, who covered the midlands for the team and joined the staff as a scouting assistant in 2018, will not be back, per Stratton.
