Union College (D-III - NY): Union College is currently seeking an intern coach on the offensive side of the ball. Preference will be given to those who possess experience working with wide receivers. This is a ten month position that is stipend at 15K and comes with a meal plan and on campus housing. For a full position description and to apply, follow this link. Tennessee Tech (FCS): David Mackie is joining the staff as outside linebackers coach, sources tell FootballScoop.
Tampa Bay Bucs: Former Jags defensive coordinator Mike Caldwell is returning to the club as inside linebackers coach, the same role he held in Tampa from 2019-21. Additional new hires announced Friday were Kefense Hynson as pass game coordinator and Charlie Strong as defensive line coach. O-line coach Kevin Carberry has added run game coordinator duties, and Larry Foote will move to defensive run game coordinator/outside linebackers coach. Finally, assistant QBs coach Jordan Somerville has added a pass game specialist title, and quality control Jeff Kastl has been promoted to assistant tight ends coach.
Indianapolis Colts: Former New York Giants defensive pass game coordinator Jerome Henderson has joined the staff as defensive backs coach, per Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports.
Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jaguars have announced an interview with Rams director of scouting strategy James Gladstone for their open GM role. Update: Gladstone got the job.
Rutgers: Greg Schiano has named former Scarlet Knights team captain Charlie Noonan as defensive tackles coach. Noonan has been on staff since 2020 as a defensive assistant, quality control, and then assistant linebackers coach.
New Orleans Saints: The Saints are hiring former Chargers head coach Brandon Staley as defensive coordinator, per NFL Network. He was an assistant with the 49ers last year.
Houston Texans: The Texans have announced their 2025 coaching staff. New hires include offensive coordinator Nick Caley, offensive line coach Cole Popovich (promoted from assistant OL coach), pass game specialist Jerry Schuplinski, and assistant defensive line coach Frank Okam.
Chicago Bears: The Bears have promoted Matt Feinstein to VP of football administration.
Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens have announced the hirings of assistant special teams coach Anthony Levine, defensive backs coach Donald D’Alesio, senior defensive assistant Chuck Pagano, inside linebackers coach Tyler Pantucci, assistant linebackers coach Matt Pees, and assistant strength and conditioning coach Kevin Hartman. Willie Taggart has been promoted to assistant head coach/running backs coach.
Minnesota West Community and Technical College (JC): Minnesota West Community and Technical College currently has an entry level coaching position available for an assistant football coach on the defensive side of the ball. Prefer candidates with defensive back playing or coaching experience. Candidates will be responsible for on-field instruction, recruiting, player development and retention. Small stipend and possible job opportunities at the college and local schools. Boise State: A comment head coach Spencer Danielson made following the Broncos' Fiesta Bowl loss has compelled the Freedom From Religion Foundation to file a complaint with the university.
Florida Atlantic: North Texas graduate assistant Blaise Bentsen has joined Zach Kittley's FAU staff as an offensive analyst working with running backs and tight ends, sources tell FootballScoop. Bentsen played for Kittley at Houston Christian.
Ithaca College (D-III - NY): Ithaca College is looking to hire an intern to coach on the offensive or defensive side of the ball. The role will include coaching a position group, recruiting an assigned area, and film management responsibilities. This is a 10K position with no benefits, meals, or housing. Temple: KC Keeler has formally retained six members of Stan Drayton's staff -- defensive scouting assistant Nick Arleo (previously a GA), director of on-campus recruiting Toriana Brown, executive assistant to the head coach Nadia Harvin, video coordinator Nate Nunamaker, chief of staff Nico Piriano, and assistant director of player personnel Austin Siegal.
Cal (D-II - PA): Tony Papley is joining the staff as defensive line / run game coordinator. Papley served as defensive coordinator at Edinboro the past five seasons.
Bethel (NAIA - TN): Bret Peterson has been named linebackers / video coordinator.
Florida: Hired as a defensive intern, Russ Callaway is now the offensive coordinator for the Gators.
Anderson (D-II - SC): Offensive line coach James Thurn has been promoted to offensive coordinator. Running backs coach Jordan Marshall has added passing game coordinator title and Matthew Martin has been promoted to receivers coach.
Missouri Southern State (D-II): MSSU currently is accepting applications for a Full time offensive assistant coach. The interested candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Wide receivers or Running backs. This is a position with benefits and a pay range based on experience, $28,500 - $36,500. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in special teams and recruiting experience. Successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check. Texas: In addition to two previously announced on-field hires and more details on his extension, Texas has significantly bolstered Steve Sarkisian's support staff heading into his fifth season in Austin.
Berry College (D-III - GA): Berry College would like to invite applicants for a restricted earnings coach. We are looking for the best candidate regardless of coaching position. Salary: $15,000 over 10 months with an unlimited meal plan through the dining hall. Summer camp money will also be available. Duties will include running your own position group, off campus recruiting and any additional duties assigned by the staff. The ideal candidate will have previous playing or coaching experience and have a desire to obtain a full-time college football coaching position. Missouri Southern State (D-II): MSSU currently has an entry level coaching position available for an assistant football coach on the defensive side of the ball. Prefer candidates with playing or coach Defensive Line experience. Candidates will be responsible for on-field instruction, recruiting, player development and retention. Compensation range is $15,000.00 – $24,000 based off experience and comes with meals (when classes are in session). Montana Western (NAIA): Zac Tallent, the former receivers coach at Weber International (NAIA - FL) has joined the program as wide receivers coach.
Rochester (CC - MN): Coach Terrence Isaac has completed his staff for the 2025 season. Defensive coordinator will be Richard Embry, Adam Smith will coach linebackers, Jaizell Bay will coach the defensive backs, Keyshawn Johnson has the defensive line, Dustin Beard will serve as special teams / receivers, Cleandre Robinson will handle offensive line and running backs and Karlus Dobbins will serve as quality control on offense.
Bethel (NAIA - TN): Kris Beauchamp has been elevated from defensive line coach to defensive coordinator / strength and conditioning coordinator.
Rocky Mountain (NAIA - MT): Rocky Mountain College applicants for a corners coach (experience with CBs, coaching or playing is a plus). Pay for the position is $12,000 over 12 months + Camp Money, with free housing in an on campus 4 bedroom / 2 bath apartment with 3 other coaches. (No Families / Partners in housing) and full meal plan during the school year. No Benefits. Interviews conducted ASAP. Start date Responsibilities include but are not limited to duties assigned by the Head Coach, Defensive Coordinator and DB Coach. Also included in day-to-day duties will be but not limited to are defensive game planning, recruiting your own area, promoting the RMC Culture & mission statement, coaching a position group and all aspects of academics assigned by the Head Coach. Saginaw Valley State (D-II - MI): Brent Bassham, who spent the past ten seasons on staff at Colgate (FCS - NY) as a position coach and offensive coordinator, has joined the program as assistant head coach / co-offensive coordinator / tight ends coach.
Ohio State: As expected, the program formally announced the appointments of Matt Patricia (DC) and Brian Hartline (OC) today.
North Carolina Wesleyan (D-III): Sean Grande has accepted the linebackers job on the NCWU staff. He comes from Salisbury (D-III - MD) where he was a graduate assistant working with the slot receivers.
Berry (D-III – GA): The Berry College Football Program has an opening for a Graduate Assistant (Looking for Best Fit). This position includes full tuition, a $9,000 stipend and an unlimited meal plan through the campus dining hall. Housing is not included but we will assist you in finding something. Responsibilities will include coaching your own position group, recruiting your own area and other duties assigned by the Head Coach or Coordinator.
