Milford Academy (Post Grad- NY):Mike Kemp has been hired to coach the quarterbacks source tells FootballScoop. Kemp served last year as the offensive line coach and special teams coordinator at Erie Community College (JC - Buffalo, NY).

New Orleans Saints: Saints (& Pelicans) owner Gayle Benson, 73, has tested positive for Covid-19 and is "under daily medical care" and is reportedly doing well. Please keep Mrs. Benson in your prayers.

Simon Fraser (D-II - Canada): Former Simon Fraser player Jerome Erdman has been hired as linebackers coach and special teams coordinator. Erdman has previous coaching experience in the CFL with the BC Lions (2002), Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2003-06) and the Toronto Argonauts (2008).

Boston College: BC will host Texas State on Sept. 26. The school has also announced that the season will start with no fans at home games.

Texas A&M-Commerce (D-II): Texas A&M-Commerce will not play in the fall or the spring, the school announced today. "Rather, the program will focus on preparing for a 2021 regular season which features seven home games for the first time in school history and an opportunity to provide a full final season of competition for the 2020 senior class."

Angelo State (D-II - TX): Angelo State University is seeking a running backs graduate assistant football coach for the upcoming fall season. The position includes a stipend and tuition assistance for graduate school. Experience playing and coaching the position is preferred. Responsibilities include coaching the position, running position meetings, video editing, practice organization, game preparation, recruiting/player evaluation, student athlete academic development, and other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach/Offensive Coordinator. Big Ten: After postponing its fall season, the Big Ten could wind up playing football on Thanksgiving after all. Details here.

Arkansas: Sam Pittman has told his Razorback assistants to be as loud as possible at practice, and there's good reason behind it.

Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens released a set of requests that begins with calling for the arrest of specific law enforcement officers in Kentucky and Wisconsin. More here.

North Carolina: UNC will begin the season without fans.

ACC: Clemson AD Dan Radakovich said today, "It's all systems go at this point in time. We want to play. Our student-athletes want to play. ... If we need to pivot along the way, our schedule was built with that in mind. Whether we get all 11 games in is out of our control." - via David Hale. Clemson is set to open at Wake Forest on September 12th.

Oklahoma State: The buyout in Mike Gundy's new contract has been cut significantly.

Auburn: The program cancelled practice yesterday for the second straight day due to positive COVID results.
