South Alabama: The University of South Alabama Football program is accepting applications for the position of Intern Strength and Conditioning Coach for Summer 2020. The successful candidates will assist with all daily duties as it pertains to South Alabama Football Strength and Conditioning including but not limited to: assisting with coaching, data tracking, data entry, fueling station management and any other duties assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning. Compensation: Division 1 experience with earned recommendation for future career opportunities along with our intern development program. Kentucky Christian: Kentucky Christian University's Department of Strength and Conditioning is now accepting applications for 1-2 Strength and Conditioning Intern Coaches for the Fall Semester of 2020. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to; assisting with supervision and execution of strength training programs for Football and all Olympic Sports, teaching student athletes proper technique and equipment use, attending to the daily maintenance of the training facilities. Candidates will have the opportunity to program, implement, and supervise a strength and conditioning program for some assigned sports. Expected start date is August 1st, however, that is subject to change. HOUSING AND MEALS WILL BE PROVIDED. No monetary compensation will be provided. However, there will be opportunity to advance within the department. Ideal candidates will have a bachelorβs degree or be in the last semester of coursework for an undergraduate degree in exercise science or related field of study. Certification from one or more of the following (NSCA, CSCS; CSCCA, SCCC; USAW) are preferred. Position will start at candidates earliest convenience.
