Dakota Wesleyan (NAIA): Dakota Wesleyan University (DWU) seeks a dedicated and experienced individual to join the athletic department as the Director of Strength and Conditioning. This role is integral to developing and implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for all 18 sports teams. The successful candidate will be pivotal in advancing the personal growth and athletic performance of DWU athletes while embodying the core institutional values of learning, leadership, faith, and service. Start date will be Fall 2024. Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will: A bachelor'ss degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. Certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
