Duke: Duke University Football Strength and Conditioning is taking applications to fill an Assistant Strength and Conditioning position. Candidate must be certified in CPR/First Aid and have a current CSCS or SCCC (or both). Candidate must have FCS or FBS experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach. Missouri Southern State: Missouri Southern State University is seeking candidates for our Strength & Conditioning Intern position (SUMMER 2023). Responsibilities will include Assisting In set up and tear down of equipment, providing instruction to athletes on proper technique and positioning as well as designing, implementing, and monitoring programs for one or more sports. This is position includes hands on experience with high level athletes. Candidates should possess or be pursuing a certification in Strength and conditioning (SCCC, CSCS, USAW Level 1, USAW level 2, ex.). Millersville University: The Millersville University Strength and Conditioning Department is currently accepting applications for qualified individuals to fill the position of Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant(s). The Graduate Assistant(s) position is a two-year assignment beginning with the 2023-2024 academic year and includes a full tuition waiver for graduate credit hours, $2,500 per semester stipend, and 10 paid additional work study hours per week. The Graduate Assistant(s) will report directly to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and will be responsible for up to 5-6 Olympic Sports. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the football strength and conditioning program, assisting with nutrition education, as well as helping implement the overall training programs for all sports. The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science (or related field), and must also be admitted into a graduate program at Millersville University. Other qualifications include a strong work ethic, attention to detail, enthusiasm, effective communication skills, positive energy, willingness to work, hold certification(s) and/or seeking to get certified in at least one of the major certifications below. ULM: The University of Louisiana Monroe Strength and Conditioning Department is seeking to fill a Graduate Assistant position. The position will be responsible for Men’s and Women’s Basketball along with Women’s Tennis and Assist with Football. The position will be responsible for all aspects of Strength and Conditioning for their assigned teams including but not limited to programming, coaching, teaching, and instructing Olympic movements, supervising, nutrition, scheduling, assisting with the internship program, and other duties assigned by the Director of Strength and Conditioning. Required Qualifications: bachelor's degree, Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, acceptance into ULM Graduate school.
