Robert Morris (FCS - PA): Robert Morris University is seeking 1-2 part-time assistant strength and conditioning coaches. Coaches will have the abUse expert technical knowledge of Strength and Conditioning to develop a successful program, including the development of high quality student-athletes, as well as demonstrating athletic excellence, organize, supervise, and instruct with a hands-on approach the conditioning and workouts for the athletes in the various intercollegiate programs in the Department, work closely with the athletic training staff to ensure the safety and health of student-athletes, demonstrate a cooperative attitude toward all sports within the RMU intercollegiate athletics program, perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. Cincinnati: The University of Cincinnati Football Sports Performance is accepting applications for highly motivated, volunteer sports science interns for the Winter 2024 and Summer 2024 terms. This internship position will work strictly with Football. This internship experience will offer a comprehensive continuing education curriculum focused specifically on the integration and application of sports science technology within a performance team. It will provide the candidate the hands-on experience necessary to have for the utilization of various sports science tech pieces, including Catapult GPS, Perch VBT tech, and VALD Force Application devices. Throughout the experience the candidate will work directly with the full-time performance staff with the operations, reporting, and application of all sports science tech. The purpose of our sports science internship program is to prepare our interns to become elite level collegiate or professional sports scientists and/or give young S&C Coaches experience in utilizing and applying sports science tech within a high-level collegiate program. To be considered candidates must have a great work ethic, the willingness to learn and grow, and sufficient in Excel and/or other data spreadsheet programs. Stanford: Stanford Football Sports Performance is looking for 4-5 Volunteer Interns for the Winter/ Spring. This internship is designed for individuals who want to have a career in the field of Football Sports Performance. This is an UNPAID position. This Internship will be held from January to the end of May. Interns will be provided with opportunities to grow and have hands-on coaching experience in a FBS football program. Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of training, set-up and breakdown of daily training sessions, data collection, as well as participation in a rigorous internship curriculum. The candidate will experience the day-to-day operations of a BIG12 conference strength and conditioning program with the opportunity to work with high level student-athletes, coaches, and athletic performance personnel. The purpose of our internship program is to prepare our interns to become elite level collegiate or professional strength and conditioning coaches. THIS IS A CSCCA MENTORSHIP APPROVED INTERNSHIP!
