Ripon (D-III - WI): Ripon College Athletics is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant beginning in the Summer of 2024. This position will provide opportunities to work with all 18 varsity sports at Ripon College under the direction of the head strength coach. Depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate, opportunities to program for and direct the training of a team may be given. -The Ripon College Master of Exercise Science is a 15 month program that begins in the summer of 2024, continues through the fall 2024 & spring 2025 semesters, and concludes in the summer of 2025. Students can choose between the specializations of exercise physiology, sport psychology, or sport management. Graduate assistants will be given a 30% tuition remission and a stipend of $7000. Carthage (D-III - WI): Carthage College is accepting applications for an strength and conditioning coach / assistant coach. This individual will also coach a position in football and have their own recruiting territory. Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assisting with supervision and execution of strength and speed training programs specific to power/speed athletes, proper movement preparation, execution of proper motivational techniques, and most importantly developing an understanding of the health, safety, and wellness of collegiate athletes. Applicants must be highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, possess excellent communication skills, and have an extremely strong work ethic. Must be nationally accredited certification in strength and conditioning by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA); specifically, the CSCS.
