Tennessee Titans: Intern Haley Roberts has been elevated to a full-time role in the S&C department. 

Youngstown State (FCS): Youngstown State University is looking to fill three Graduate Assistant Sports Performance positions. The duty of the Graduate Assistants includes but are not limited to the design and implementation of programs for assigned teams, constant evaluation and tracking of athletes, maintenance of weight room, and upholding the YSU Sports Performance standards.  The Graduate Assistant will also take part in a designed curriculum to help prepare them for their next step as a full-time Sports Performance Coach. Graduate Assistant applicants must be accepted and enrolled in master’s level classes at Youngstown State University. Not only is the success of our athletes important but the opportunity to walk away from this experience with a master’s degree is of equal or greater value. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours of work per week on top of classes. North Carolina Central University: The Sports Performance Department at North Carolina Central University is accepting internship applications for the 2023 FALL Semester. This is an UNPAID internship; this volunteer position offers Division I experience and the opportunity for future recommendations or opportunities in the field of strength and conditioning. Candidates will COACH, and will have a chance to serve as top assistants for select varsity sports. Qualifications: Candidates must have a strong desire to become a strength and conditioning professional. Must be working towards a degree in the field of exercise science or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field and pursuing SCCC, CSCS or relevant certification from one of the following: NSCA, CSCS; CSCCA, SCCC; USAW and CPR –First Aid certification. Candidates additionally have the option of completing the internship practicum for the CSCCa Examination.
