Gateway (FL): Gateway High School, the newest public school in Fort Myers, Florida is looking for assistant coaches for the spring and fall seasons. Possibility to be the head track coach if experienced and interested. Primary needs are skill position coaches on both sides of the ball. We are looking for assistants who want to join a new, young, growing program that runs an up-tempo offense and focuses on a sprint-based development program in the off-season. We want open-minded, flexible, kids-first coaches ready to do whatever is best for the program. Preference will be given to coaches who can work on-campus, and also coach track in the spring, but any level of commitment is welcome and all are encouraged to apply. Oakleaf (FL): Oakleaf HS is looking for a dynamic leader to take over as Head Football Coach. The Head Football Coaching position stipend (3rd highest in the state) is accompanied by an 11-month teaching position. We are looking to fill the position immediately and have a certified candidate start (teaching and coaching) in January of 2023. Preferred qualifications include three years of coaching experience at either the high school or collegiate level (head coaching experience preferred). Growing yearly as a coach is a must. Coordinator roles for the right candidate. Varsity coaching openings include QBs, OLBs, ILBs, DL, DBs, TEs, and we are also looking for a recruiting coordinator. There are teaching jobs available. Our administration is willing to help our program get a teacher in the building. First year teacher salary is in the mid 30s plus a 5,000 coaching stipend.
