Donnie Kirkpatrick, who has served as the quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator for the program since 2019, and Houston have agreed to part ways after the season.
The school has announced the move.
ECU currently ranks tied for 131st nationally averaging just 16.5 points per game.
They also rank near the bottom nationally in rushing offense (118th out of 133 teams), passing offense (122nd), and third down conversions (124th).
