Austin Peay (FCS - TN): Austin Peay State University Football Sports Performance is seeking 1 highly motivated intern for the Summer 2026 semester (ASAP-July 23rd). This PAID internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with elite Division I football athletes in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. The pay for this position in $1,500. Key responsibilities include; assist in the implementation of the football strength and conditioning program, support daily training operations including setup, breakdown, and data collection, contribute to athlete monitoring systems (Catapult GPS, VALD ForceDecks, VALD NordBord), uphold professional standards in communication, energy, and discipline. Should hold CPR / AED certification as well as CSCS, SCCC, etc. Interested candidates should submit a resume, 3 professional references, and cover letter detailing their qualifications and career goals to danielj@apsu.edu. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until positions are filled.
