On the heels of an 7-5 2024 campaign, Robert Morris coach Bernard Clark Jr. is welcoming in several new members to his program's offensive coaching staff.
Sources tell FootballScoop that veteran Troy Rothenbuhler is set to assume command of the Colonials offense as the new offensive coordinator.
Most recently the offensive play-caller at Youngstown State, Rothenbuhler owns more than two decades' collegiate coaching experience including previous FBS experience at Arkansas State.
Rothenbuhler won't have to wait long to call plays against his former squad; RMU faces the Penguins of Youngstown State in the second game of the 2025 season. They open their year Aug. 30 at West Virginia in the debut game of Rich Rodriguez's return atop the Mountaineers program.
Elsewhere, Clark is reshuffling some duties and responsibilities on the Colonials staff.
Nick Dalton will coach running backs, John French oversees the wideouts and Rod Holder is offensive line coach.
