Mike Vrabel would castrate himself for a Super Bowl (Mike Vrabel)

Mike Vrabel won three Super Bowls as a player with the New England Patriots, but none yet as a head coach. The 43-year-old went 9-7 in his first season leading the Tennessee Titans, missing the playoffs by one game.

But Vrabel is determined to get his club to the mountaintop, and in an appearance on the Bussin' With the Boys podcast hosted by former Titan Will Compton and current Titan Taylor Lewan, he said he's willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to get there.

Lewan: Matt Neely (an assistant for the show) said he would cut off his dick for a, uno, Super Bowl, and I said, No I would not do that. Would you cut your dick off for a Super Bowl?

Vrabel: Been married 20 years. Yeah, probably.

Lewan: You’ve got three?!

Vrabel: As a player.... You guys will be married for 20 years one day. You won’t need it.

Lewan: If you come home with a bag of ice, and Jen is like ‘Oh honey what did you do.’ I cut …my dick off, we’re gonna win a Super Bowl, she’d be like “eh,” or would she be upset?

Vrabel: She’d be like do you want me to do it? Do you want to do it now?

For the record, Mrs. Vrabel is in favor of it.

Personally, if given the same choice, I would remain intact. But perhaps that's why I'm not an NFL head coach and Vrabel is.
