Michigan's offensive coordinator search reportedly centering on former FBS head coach (Michigan)

After deciding to part ways with Kirk Campbell after just one season calling the offense, and signing one of the nation's top quarterbacks, it's safe to say there's a lot hinging on Sherrone Moore's offensive coordinator hire in Ann Arbor.

Multiple reports share tonight that North Carolina offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey has emerged as the target of the Wolverines search.

Lindsey is the former head coach at Troy, where he put together a 15-19 record in three seasons from 2019-2021.

A well traveled college offensive coordinator, Lindsey has held the coordinator title at Southern Miss, Arizona State, Auburn, UCF and most recently the past two seasons at North Carolina.
