Midlothian HS (TX) assistant coach Ryan Landrum joined us for the FootballScoop Online Clinic on Tuesday.
Coach Landrum shared some really outstanding ideas on mentoring the next generation of coaches, and some ideas that they do at Midlothian that would be great for other programs to put their own stamp on.
In it he touches on their Teacher of the Week program, their star system to rank the commitment of their players, and how they utilize a drone and leverage social media for their program as well.
