Gisele appeared on "CBS This Morning" with author Paul Hawken to promote a book about climate change. Just about the last topic you'd ever expect to end up on a football site. But host Charlie Rose took a swerve from the main topic to ask about Gisele's stated desire for Tom Brady to retire about football. Then this happened.
"He had a concussion last year," she said. "He has concussions every year, pretty much. We don't talk about it but he does have concussions. I don't really think it's a healthy thing for your body to go through, through that kind of aggression all the time. That can not be healthy for you, right? And I'm planning on having him be healthy and do a lot of fun things when we're 100, I hope."

This isn't the first time Gisele has stepped in it on her husband's behalf. She blamed Brady's receivers for the Patriots' loss to the New York Giants in Super Bowl XLVI to close the 2011 season. "My husband can not f------ throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times," Bundchen said in a video captured by a gossip website.
The NFL's top power couple also has a curious history in dealing with concussions. Brady previously endorsed a drink that claimed to prevent and heal concussions. That company is no longer in business.
To be fair, Giesle's saying Brady had concussions isn't a medical fact that he actually had them. He missed no time due to head injuries last season.
Still, the wife of the most high-profile player in the NFL just said he suffered a concussion during a season in which he missed no time for sustaining a concussion.
Gisele had better keep her cell phone on, because calls from the NFL office and the Patriots will be incoming.
