After being fired at Michigan in mid-November at Michigan, Chris Partridge has landed a new coaching opportunity.
Partridge was one of over a dozen coaches introduced as part of the Seattle Seahawks staff this evening.
He will serve as outside linebackers coach for the organization.
Partridge was let go hours before Michigan departed to play Maryland on November 17th.
In the letter that Michigan shared parting ways with the Wolverines assistant back in November, they allege that Partridge failed to abide by a University directive to not discuss an ongoing NCAA investigation outside of of those associated with the Michigan program.
Ten days after being dismissed he shared a statement saying he had no knowledge of the sign stealing scandal involving Connor Stalions, and that he did not instruct anyone in or around the program to destroy evidence, as some have alleged.
Partridge served as the defensive coordinator at Ole Miss for three seasons before returning to Ann Arbor.
In Seattle, it's a reunion of former Michigan men, as former Michigan defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald is the new head coach in Seattle.
