The past few years FootballScoop has seen extensive growth, setting viewership records nearly every month. Each year we have upgraded our back-end technology and our network infrastructure to attempt to get out front of the growth. Unfortunately, in my opinion as the owner of FootballScoop, we have yet to master the user experience, particularly on mobile.
We are aware of this and have a plan to completely rebuild FootballScoop before our 2016 season. Over the next few months we are completely overhauling our ad delivery system and working closely with Rackspace to streamline and improve how we deliver content to your devices.
Today, we take step number one. As of this morning we now have FootballScoop apps available in both the App Store and the Google Market. These apps are fairly basic but are a far cleaner and faster mobile experience than our current mobile web offering. We will monitor usage of the apps closely over the next few months, seek user feedback on them frequently and use this feedback to build even more robust mobile offerings in the future.
