If there's one word likely to send a coach off the rails in defense of his team, it's the use of the word "soft."
Just last year, after his #6 Buckeyes beat #9 Notre Dame, a fiery Ryan Day used his post game presser to send a message to Irish coaching icon Lou Holtz who had called his Buckeyes that forbidden word.
"Soft" is apparently an adjective that has been used by some media to describe the Tennessee Titans, who are struggling to find wins amidst a 3-11 campaign under first-year head coach Brian Callahan.
Asked about those characterizing his team as soft at his presser yesterday, Callahan went on a profanity-laced rant to defend his guys.
He even went as far as to invite reporters in attendance to walk in their locker room and say that to his guys' face.
Hopefully this emotional defense of his guys galvanizes the locker room and they're able to find some momentum in their final three games of the regular season.
Hear Callahan's full comments in the clip.
