Virginia Tech: The Hokies have announced the appointments of Bryan Whitehead (nickels), Jireh Wilson (edges), Jens Danielson (assistant OL), and Cannon Montgomery (assistant RBs). Brent Pry has also shared that co-offensive line coach Brent Davis will oversee tight ends while Stu Holt will now focus solely on special teams coordinator responsibilities after handling tight ends previously and Shawn Quinn will move from star linebackers and nickels to outside linebackers and Xavier Adibi goes from associate linebackers coach to inside linebackers coach.

John Carroll (D-III - OH): John Carroll University has an immediate opening for a full-time defensive position. This is a renewable 12-month appointment with benefits. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all aspects of a highly competitive Division III football program, including but not limited to: position coach, recruitment of qualified and competitive student-athletes in your assigned area, student-athlete development, ensuring academic success of student-athletes, practice and game film breakdown (HUDL). MIT (D-III - MA): MIT invites applicants for an assistant coach position. Duties include, but are not limited to, coaching an offensive or defensive position, assisting with practice and game planning, film breakdown, leading position meetings, recruiting and any other duties assigned by the head coach. Previous coaching and/or playing experience required. This is a volunteer position with NO meals or housing included, so Boston area applicants are preferred. Virginia Tech: Trey Neyer has benn appointed the Hokies new assistant AD of player personnel. He spent the 2024 season as director of player personnel at West Virginia and also has stops in the SEC and MAC.
Cisco (JC - TX): Cisco College has an immediate opening for an offensive skill position coach. Ideal candidates are young looking to gain experience running their own room and contribute with all aspects of running a college football program. The position comes with RA duties. Must live in dorms. Pay comes out to be $1200/month after taxes. Free on campus housing and meals with full health and retirement benefits available. Illinois: Artur Sitkowski has been announced as co-quarterbacks coach. He was a student assistant with the program in 2023 and moved to assistant quarterbacks coach last fall before earning this latest title.
Tennessee Tech (FCS): Austin Minor has joined the staff as a special teams analyst, source tells FootballScoop. Minor has been on staff previously at Tusculum, Toledo and Coffeyville Community College.
Central Michigan: Dillon Doyle, a former linebacker at Iowa and Baylor, is starting his coaching career as an offensive assistant with the Chippewas.
Northwest Missouri State (D-II): Cisco College (JC - TX) co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Logan Twehous, who played quarterback under Bearcats first-year head coach John McMenamin, is the new quarterbacks coach / tight ends coach for the Bearcats.
Dartmouth (FCS - NH): Kevin Bracken, the defensive coordinator at Endicott (D-III - MA), has accepted the defensive backs job.
UW-Stout (D-III): Tight ends coach Kobe Berghammer has been elevated to quarterbacks coach.
Millersville (D-II - PA): Millersville University is seeking applicants for a part-time position on the defensive side. Preference will be given to candidates with defensive line coaching experience. Job duties include coaching your own position, practice planning, scouting, video breakdown, all phases of recruiting, and all other responsibilities assigned by the head coach. Diablo Valley (JC - CA): Malik McMorris has joined the Diablo Valley College staff as special teams coordinator and tight ends coach.
UMass: Assistant AD of football administration Tim Silvernail is no longer with the Minutemen and, with a background in operations and recruiting, is looking for his next opportunity in college athletics.
Tennessee Titans: After three seasons as the Jaguars quarterbacks coach Mike McCoy is being picked up by the Titans as senior offensive assistant, per Paul Kuharsky.
Southwestern (NAIA - KS): Coming off an 11-win season, Southwestern is making a rare promotion of graduate assistant to fill an open coordinator spot.
North Texas: DC Defenders (UFL) offensive line coach Cody Crill, who spent last season as the offensive line coach at Marshall and previously served as Eric Morris' offensive coordinator at Incarnate Word (FCS - TX), is set to be the program's new offensive line coach, per JD Davis.
Bethany (NAIA - KS): Per source, assistant offensive line coach Chance Clatterbuck has moved to the defensive side of the ball and will handle the defensive line position.
Colorado State Pueblo (D-II): A former ACC staffer is joining the program as co-offensive coordinator, sources share.
