North Texas: DC Defenders (UFL) offensive line coach Cody Crill, who spent last season as the offensive line coach at Marshall and previously served as Eric Morris' offensive coordinator at Incarnate Word (FCS - TX), is set to be the program's new offensive line coach, per JD Davis.
Colorado State Pueblo (D-II): A former ACC staffer is joining the program as co-offensive coordinator, sources share.
Ohio: Sources tell FootballScoop Ohio U is adding Chris Woods as linebackers coach.
Ole Miss: Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss are adding significant Texas roots with their latest hire to their personnel department.
Bethany (NAIA - KS): Per source, assistant offensive line coach Chance Clatterbuck has moved to the defensive side of the ball and will handle the defensive line position.
Bowling Green: Sources tell FootballScoop BG has hired has hired DHR International with Glenn Sugiyama and Dan Guerrero for their head coaching search.
Albany (FCS - NY): Offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Jared Ambrose will serve as interim head coach for this season. Ambrose, who was elevated to associate head coach before the 2023 season, replaces Greg Gatusso who stepped down to join the staff at Penn State.
College Football Playoff: Baylor AD Mack Rhoades has been appointed the new chairman for the 2025 season. He replaces Michigan AD Warde Manuel, who held the position last year. Also joining the committee are former Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio, Maryland AD Damon Evans, well known former sportswriter Ivan Maisel, Middle Tennessee AD Chris Massaro, and former Ole Miss tight ends Wesley Walls.
Rhode Island (FCS): Rhode Island is seeking (1) Defensive Quality Control Coach. The position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including assisting the staff with opponent breakdowns, self-scout, playbook creation, and video coordination. The position will also assist the Head Coach and/or DFO with administrative tasks as assigned.This is strictly a volunteer position; there is no compensation, housing or benefits with occasional meals. Texas A&M Kingsville (FCS): Keith Scott has been announced as the new special teams coordinator and safeties coach. He arrives at TAMUK after serving as the defensive backs coach / special teams coordinator at Central Arkansas (FCS).
Georgia Tech: Brent Key has once again bolstered his staff with the addition of some NFL experience.

UNLV: Dan Mullen has added Joe Denney to the staff as an offensive graduate assistant. Denney has previous stops at Bridgewater College (D-III - VA) and Kenyon (D-III - OH) coaching the tight ends and running backs, and at Marshall as an offensive quality control coach.
Youngstown State (FCS - OH): Sources tell FootballScoop Slippery Rock (D-II - PA) defensive line coach Zach Bader has left to join the Penguins defensive staff. While his exact role is yet to be determined, we understand it will be working with the defensive front seven and could end up being with the linebackers, defensive tackles or defensive ends.
Waldorf (NAIA - IA): Eastern Washington (FCS) senior offensive analyst Riley Bardes has accepted the offensive line job at Waldorf.
Western Illinois (FCS): Jake Ackman is beginning his coaching career with an intern quality control role with the Leathernecks.
Texas: We shared yesterday that Neal Brown and the Longhorns were having discussions about the former West Virginia head coach joining the staff, and today multiple outlets have shared that Brown is indeed set to join the staff.
Bentley (D-II - MA): Adam Griggs, the former tight ends coach at Rhode Island (FCS), has joined the staff as associate head coach / offensive coordinator.
Howard Payne (D-III - TX): James Douglas III has been named the team's new offensive coordinator after two seasons as the receivers coach at Lamar (FCS - TX).
Pitt State (D-II - KS): Brandon Perkins has accepted the corners job on the Gorillas staff.
La Verne (D-III - CA): La Verne's new head coach is a California high school head coach who's also been a safeties coach in the FBS, a special teams coordinator in FCS, and an offensive coordinator in the NAIA. Details here.
Anna Maria (D-III - MA): Tre'Jon Lewis, a former defensive lineman with stops at Texas Tech and Eastern Illinois (FCS), has joined the staff as defensive line coach.

UTEP: UTEP is looking for 1 special teams volunteer assistant. These are strictly volunteer positions; there is no compensation or housing. These positions will include but are not limited to breakdown of opponent film, scouting reports, practice organization, game day duties, and all other responsibilities delegated to them from the Head Coach and Coordinator. Lyon (D-III - AR): Lyon College is seeking a restricted earnings, entry-level assistant football coach, working with the defensive backs. Preference will be given to candidates with experience who have played or coached DBs. Position duties include on-field coaching, film breakdown, practice planning, position meetings, game planning, academic monitoring, strength, video and game day responsibilities, on & off-campus recruiting and other duties as assigned by the lead Defensive Backs Coach, Defensive Coordinator and the Head Coach. Arizona State: Cannen Siegel has joined the Sun Devils as a defensive quality control coach. Siegel is a graduate of nearby Saguaro HS (AZ) and has coached the corners at Montana State (FCS) and also been a recruiting assistant in Tempe.
North Carolina: The Tar Hells have finally announced their full coaching staff for Bill Belichick's inaugural season in college football.
Minnesota Vikings: Saints offensive assistant Jordan Traylor is joining the team as assistant offensive coordinator and assistant quarterbacks coach, per NFL Network. He replaces Grant Udinski, who left Minnesota to become the offensive coordinator for the Jaguars.
Coastal Carolina: The Chanticleers are hiring away one of the MAC's top recruiting staffers, sources tell FootballScoop.
Liberty: Michigan State director of recruiting operations Madi Harris has left to become the director of on-campus recruiting for the Flames.
Texas: Texas has released salaries for a handful of returning assistants, headlined by new deals for its strength coach and general manager.
Arkansas State: Alex Jones has been announced as tight ends coach after four seasons in a quality control role with the program. Prior to joining the Red Wolves, Jones was an offensive assistant at Alabama for three seasons.
Georgia Southern: Blake Wilson, who has worked with the Eagles specialists for three seasons as senior analyst for special teams, has been appointed special teams coordinator. He replaces Turner West, who recently stepped down to pursue other opportunities.
Jimmy Johnson: The only coach to win a national title and two Super Bowls, Jimmy Johnson is hanging up his lapel microphone.
Texas: Source tells FootballScoop Neal Brown and the Longhorns have had discussions about him joining the staff.
Vanderbilt: After serving as his own defensive coordinator in 2024, Clark Lea will hand over the play-sheet this season.
