Broken Arrow (OK): Yancy McKnight, who has led strength programs at Texas, Houston, Rice and Louisiana Tech, has been named coordinator of strength and conditioning.

Stanford: Stanford Football Sports Performance is looking for 3-6 Volunteer Interns for the Summer with dates running from May 20th to July 25th. Start and finish dates can be negotiated based off of School Requirements on hours. This internship is designed for individuals who want to have a career in the field of Football Sports Performance. This is an UNPAID position. Interns will be provided with opportunities to grow and have hands-on coaching experience in a FBS football program. Responsibilities include assisting in all aspects of training, set-up and breakdown of daily training sessions, data collection, as well as participation in a rigorous internship curriculum. Monmouth (FCS - NJ): Monmouth University Strength & Conditioning is now accepting applications for 3 Volunteer Sport Science Interns for the Summer 2025 & Fall 2025. The Summer Internship will last from May 19th to July 18th, will work directly with Football, and has a possibility to extend through the Fall semester. The Fall Internship will last from July 28th to December 5th, and will work directly with Football and possibly other Olympic sports. Interns will gain hands on practice experience utilizing GPS, Force Plates, VBT Sensors. Minimum requirements include CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications; attributes including hardworking, passionate, detail orientated, innate ability for continual growth. Preferred qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Exercise Science or related field, SCCC or CSCS Certifications, Collegiate Football experience, proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerBi, and has a strong interest in pursuing a career in Sports Science. Daily Responsibilities: Daily operation and logistics of technology; Preparation, cleaning, download/upload of daily athlete data. Learning Objectives: Building dashboards for data visualization; Analyze GPS & Force Plate data, Advanced analysis of data. This is an UNPAID position. No monetary compensation, meals, or housing will be provided.

Northern Arizona (FCS): Northern Arizona University Strength and Conditioning is accepting internship applicants for Spring 2025. This internship is designed for individuals who want to become collegiate strength coaches. This is an unpaid volunteer position. Interns will get hands on experience coaching various Division 1 sports, learn how to operate and utilize state of the art sports science equipment, and learn how to use multiple different programming methods and periodization models. Qualifications: Applicants must be pursing or have completed Bachelors in Exercise Science or a related field. Applicants should be working toward CSCS / SCCC certification as well.
