College Football Playoff: NCAA associate director of academic and membership affairs Ryan Hall has been announced as CFP's director of community relations.
San Diego State: The Aztecs have announced a number of staff promotions: Jenny Bramer to executive associate athletics director, Steve Schnall to senior associate AD/external relations, Chuck Lang to senior associate AD/business administration, Mike May to senior associate AD/communications and media relations, Mandy McKinley Huiras to senior associate AD/development, and Gina Balistrieri to associate AD/ticket operations.
Michigan: Former Oregon State athletics director Bob De Carolis will be a senior advisor to Wolverines interim AD Jim Hackett.
Dayton: Athletics director Tim Wabler has announced he will step down at the beginning of September.
