The name Brad "Spider" Caldwell may not be as well known as Nick Saban or Les Miles, but that doesn't diminish the impact that he had during this 31 years as a staff member at Penn State, most notably running the equipment room for the Nittany Lions under Joe Paterno, Bill O'Brien, and James Franklin.
Back in late May, Spider accepted the activities director position at Fair Haven Union HS (VT), and to send him off right, the video guys got with a ton of Penn State players, and staff members like strength coach Dwight Galt, who all sent him off with a special memory or message.
This is something Caldwell will cherish forever.
