This is the time of year when everyone has their spin on recruiting videos, and this one from Florida State is not only going to be a hit with the kids on their radar before signing day, but should also catch the eye of small college programs as well.
While there is no substitute for getting a recruit and his family on campus, a clip like this where current players explain why they chose to study, and play football at your school is something that should carry a ton of weight with high school kids, and it couldn't be any easier to put together and distribute to all of your recruits. A simple video like this could be a great tool for smaller colleges.
Asking players to share why they chose your program over numerous other offers or opportunities could provide some really valuable insight for you and the rest of your staff to share with other recruits.
For a program that just won the national title (which is about as good of a recruiting pitch as you can have), this is a great recruiting move by Florida State.
