Since changing to the up tempo attack a few seasons ago, Nebraska's offense has operated at a breakneck pace. This past season they came up just short of the 1,000 play mark, finishing with 962 plays through 13 games.

After getting a look at what they're up to in the weight room this off season, its obvious that tempo is something that is stressed in everything that they do.

The routine has been tweaked a bit this year, according to players, and it focuses on individualized work tailored to your position. It sounds like players are not only really enjoying the change of pace, but are also much quicker to hold their teammates accountable for their efforts.

You can see that everything is highly structured, fast paced, has a purpose, and most importantly, the players seem to genuinely enjoy it.
