Syracuse: Elmhurst (D-III - IL) head coach Joe Adam is joining the Syracuse staff as offensive line coach per sources and being reported in New York and by 247 as well.
Georgia Southern: Veteran offensive line coach Bob Connelly will be the new offensive line coach at Georgia Southern.

West Texas A&M: Per source, Arizona State offensive grad assistant Keola Loo will be the new offensive line coach at West Texas A&M.
Rutgers: Rutgers announced salary information for its five new assistants today, led by offensive coordinator Ralph Friedgen's school-record $500,000 salary. Linebackers and special teams coach Bob Fraser and defensive coordinator Joe Rossi will earn $300,000, while wide receivers coach Ben McDaniels and offensive line coach Mitch Browning will make $200,000. Each new assistant is on a two year deal. Salaries for remaining staff members include secondary coach Darrell Wilson ($250,000) running backs coach Norries Wilson ($210,000), Jim Panagos ($190,000), and strength and conditioning coach Jeremy Cole ($127,562). Kyle Flood's salary rose to $950,000 at the end of January.
Georgia: Running backs coach Bryan McClendon has added the title of recruiting coordinator. Daryl Jones will continue to serve as director of on campus recruiting. Tight ends coach John Lilly will now also handle "offensive special teams" (kickoff return, punt return, field goal/extra point) and inside linebackers coach Mike Ekeler will now also handle "defensive special teams" (kickoff, punt return/block and extra point/field goal block).
North Texas: Dan McCarney's new contract should be done by the end of the week and will extend the North Texas head coach through 2018 according to Brett Vito of the Denton Record-Chronicle.
Jacksonville State (FCS - AL): Auburn defensive analyst Brandon Hall will be the co-defensive coordinator at Jacksonville State according to Al Muskewitz of the Anniston Star.
Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens have announced the hiring of Bobby Engram as wide receivers coach.
Utah: Sources tell us former Wake Forest wide receivers coach Taylor Stubblefield is the lead candidate for the wide receivers job at Utah and could be hired by tomorrow. Stubblefield accepted a position on Chris Creighton's staff at Eastern Michigan last week.
Cleveland Browns: Per Adam Schefter, the Browns are hiring former Chiefs VP of player personnel Bill Kuharich to assistant new general manager Ray Farmer.
Penn State: Sources tell us that Towson tight ends coach Tyler Bowen will head to Penn State to serve as an offensive grad assistant once all paperwork is complete. Will update once official.
Cleveland Browns: Per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the Browns interviewed Wisconsin head coach Gary Andersen prior to hiring Mike Pettine. Per Gary Anderson, he had an informal discussion with Browns' representatives and then declined to move forward with the process.

Oregon State: Per source, John Garrett (2013 Tampa Bay receivers coach) will be the new offensive coordinator / quarterbacks at Oregon State. Garrett who was with the Cowboys from 2007-2012 as tight ends coach / passing game coordinator, is the brother of Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett.

Southwest Minnesota State (D-II): Southwest Minnesota State University is looking for a graduate assistant working with the running backs. Qualifications include acceptance into graduate school (3.0 minimum GPA), enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester, and meet the MnSCU vehicle driving qualifications. Compensation package includes $8,000 and Full-Tuition waiver. Review of candidates will begin in on Feb. 21st and continue until filled. Expected start date in July. Cleveland Browns: GM Michael Lombardi is leaving the team and Ray Farmer will be promoted to general manager, according to Vic Carucci. CEO Joe Banner is also transitioning out of the organization. The Browns have confirmed all reports.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Joey Porter is joining the staff as a defensive assistant.
Pitt: Iowa State secondary coach Troy Douglas is joining the staff at Pitt.
