Ohio State won the national championship in 2014. The Buckeyes could not have had a better conclusion to the season. Therefore, their coaches received perfect performance reviews for their efforts last year. Right? Wrong.

Nothing is ever enough in the coaching world, especially when Urban Meyer is the man in charge.

Conducted over the summer by Meyer and AD Gene Smith and uncovered by Eleven Warriors, here's a snippet of how the Buckeyes' coaching staff was evaluated after their title-winning campaign.

Here's how Smith thought Urban could grow in 2015:

Offensive line coach Ed Warriner had an outstanding season, molding his unit into one of the best in the country by season's end, but self-evaluated that he could improve in recruiting and on Instagram.
