California: Sources tell us Fred Tate, formerly an assistant under Art Kaufman at Cincinnati, will join the Cal staff coaching the defensive line.
Macalester College (D-III - MN): Former NFL player and Harding High School (MN) defensive backs coach Sean McMoore has accepted the assistant defensive backs job at Macalester.
Dean College (JC - MA): Marian High School in Framingham, MA head football coach Gene Robinson has accepted the position of defensive line coach at Dean College.
Concordia (D-II - MN): Mike Shafer, former offensive line coach At Northern State University, has accepted the position of offensive coordinator/offensive line coach at Concordia University in St. Paul.
Central Oklahoma (D-II): Tulsa GA David Johnson has accepted the running backs job at Central Oklahoma.
Georgia Tech: Former Samford head coach Pete Hurt has joined the staff as assistant director of player personnel.
Santa Monica College (JC - CA): Santa Monica College is seeking a walk on Offensive Line Coach. The position pays from $4,200-$5,000 per season. Email head coach Gifford Lindheim a coaching resume at Lindheim_Gifford@smc.edu.
Tulane: Head coach Curtis Johnson has officially announced the hiring of Aaron Price as quarterbacks coach and Kwahn Drake as defensive line coach. Additionally, defensive coordinator Jon Sumrall will shift from the defensive line to linebackers, secondary coach Jason Rollins will be the special teams coordinator and offensive line coach John McDonnell will be the run game coordinator.
