Southern Cal head coach Steve Sarkisian has listed his home in Rolling Hills for a paltry $9.5 million, according to the LA Times.
The house itself is 8,250 square feet, and includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and six fireplaces (including one in the master bedroom). Other features include an open-area kitchen, a catering kitchen, media room, wine cellar complete with temperature controlled storage, and a wine tasting area. The property includes a swimming pool, spa, tennis court, a more than 2,000 gallon koi pond, putting green, and fruit orchard complete with about 500 trees.

Sark and his wife, who recently announced their split, bought the house last year for $8 million, and after some renovations, it looks like it's worth the hefty price tag.
