National Signing Day is one week from today, and the pseudo-holiday seems to get bigger by the year. Every single school in America has some sort of promotion to herald the signatures of high school seniors, but Miami has come up with (what appears to be) a new one.
With Signing Day festivities wrapped up earlier in the day, Miami will hand out trading cards for its newly-inked 2014 recruits at that night's basketball game against Pittsburgh. On one hand, the majority will probably be left behind for the arena's cleaning crew to scoop up after the game. On the other hand, you could have a real piece of memorabilia on your hand if that middle linebacker from Booker T. Washington ends up becoming the next Ray Lewis.
If you find the latter scenario enticing, get there early next week because only the first 1,000 fans in attendance will get their hands on a set.
