Midwestern State (D-II - TX): Midwestern State University Strength & program (Division II) located in Wichita Falls, Texas is currently in the process of accepting applications for (3) Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistants for fall 2015 semester. Responsibilities will include but not limited to assisting the Director of Strength & Conditioning in all aspects of developing and implementing strength & conditioning programs for 12 intercollegiate athletic teams. Candidate will be asked to design and implement annual periodization for the sports assigned by Director of Strength & Conditioning. Assist with and conduct periodic performance and strength testing, and assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The candidate must have a bachelorβs degree with preferred emphasis in the exercise sciences, and extensive knowledge of Olympic lifts. Must have great work ethic, and strong computer skills especially in excel. Preferred experience (1-2 years) includes coaching strength and conditioning for intercollegiate athletes, playing intercollegiate athletics. CSCS, CSCCA, and USAW certification is also preferred. Must have CPR certification. Educational stipend and financial compensation will be provided.
