Wisconsin: Barry Alvarez has announced a number of promotions to his staff. Katie Ahrens Smith and Jeff Schmidt have both been promoted to associate athletics director, and associate ADs Marija Pientka, Justin Doherty, Jason King and Doug Tiedt are now senior associate athletics directors. Chief of staff Walter Dickey has been bumped to deputy athletics director.
Memphis: Southeast Missouri State (FCS) athletic director Mark Alnutt has resigned from his post to become the deputy director of athletics at Memphis.
