Vanderbilt: Per sources, Marc Lubick will join the staff as the final full-time assistant coaching the tight ends. Lubick was with the Texans the past four seasons, serving as assistant receivers coach last season and was with Colorado State as tight ends / recruiting coordinator and receivers coach prior to that.
Brevard College (D-II): At Brevard, with Chris Bland leaving, we understand that Tommy Pursley will be the defensive coordinator. We hear the staff is considering adjusting some assignments and will likely have an opening but position is to be determined and they are not accepting resumes at this time.

San Diego Chargers: Mike McCoy announced he has finalized his staff with the additions of Nick Sirianni as quarterbacks, Bobby King as assistant linebackers and Shane Steichen as offensive quality control. Sirianni was promoted from the staff, King comes from the Texans and Steichen comes from the Browns.
Kennesaw State: Chris Bland, Brevard College defensive coordinator / defensive backs, is the new corners coach at Kennesaw State per sources. We also hear former Elon assistant Kevin Downing will coach the defensive ends.
Akron: Otis Mounds is joining the staff as corners coach. Mounds coached the defensive backs and Holmes CC this past season.
Tennessee: Director of football operations Brad Pendergrass has resigned.
Oakland Raiders: The Raiders announced the hiring of Joe Woods as defensive backs coach and Marcus Robertson as assistant defensive backs coach earlier today.
Northeast Mississippi CC: Ricky Smither has now formally announced the hiring of Paige Anders (Coffeyville) as defensive coordinator and Kenny Jackson as defensive line coach.
Holy Cross (FCS - MA): Bucknell safeties coach Mike Kashurba is the new defensive coordinator at Holy Cross.
Washington: The NCAA has formally closed its investigation of Tosh Lupoi and will not penalize Lupoi or the Washington football program. However, NCAA director of enforcement Tom Hosty noted, "if any information is developed, the staff reserves the write to look further into these matters." In January, Lupoi and Washington mutually agreed to a $300,000 separation agreement.
College of the Sequoias: Per source, defensive backs coach Fred Zepeda has stepped down.
Ottawa RedBlacks (CFL): Former CFL defensive lineman Leroy Blugh has been hired as defensive line coach.
Air Force: Former Texas assistant strength coach Tim Cross will be the new defensive line coach at Air Force per sources. Cross formerly coached the defensive line at Minnesota and Syracuse as well among other places.

Kennesaw State: Former Citadel quarterbacks coach Cody Worley will be the new quarterbacks coach at Kennesaw State per sources.

Air Force: Per sources, Ron Vanderlinden will be the new inside linebackers coach at Air Force.
