Oregon State: Gary Andersen's salary pool for his assistant coaches is about $2.64 million, according to The Oregonian. That figure is up from $2.35 million from the previous staff. All assistants received multi-year deals, and all but Kevin McGiven (who was Utah State's offensive coordinator last year) will make more than they did in 2014. Assistant coaches salaries are as follows; Gary Andersen (6 year deal starting at $2.45 million increasing to $2.95 million in 2020), associate HC / DC Kalani Sitake ($730,008), OC Dave Baldwin ($435,000), OL coach TJ Woods ($260,000), DL coach Chad Kauha'aha'a ($250,008), LBs coach Ilaisa Tuiaki ($250,008), QBs coach Kevin McGiven ($185,004), WRs coach Brent Brennan ($185,264), DBs coach Derrick Odum ($180,000), RBs coach Telly Lockette ($170,004). UNLV: Per source,Tony Sanchez has hired Arizona graphic designer Drew Jennison as recruiting coordinator.

Ohio State: Urban Meyer has received a contract extension through 2020 that will pay him an average of $6.5 million a year. Meyer made $4.5 million last season and will make $5.8 million in 2015. Here's the story.

Alfred State (D-III - NY): Jarod Dodson has been named head coach at Alfred State. Dodson most recently served as the defensive coordinator / defensive backs coach at South Dakota School of Mines, and his previous coaching stops include Old Dominion, South Dakota and Buffalo.

Wyoming: University of Wyoming has a full time Director of Player Personnel/Assistant Director of Recruiting opening. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, athletics personnel/recruiting experience at the NCAA Division I/II and/or NFL level is required. This will not lead to an on field position. Concordia (D-II - St. Paul, MN): Concordia University St. Paul is looking for a volunteer / possible small stipend offensive coach to work with the tight ends. Interested applicants please email resume to assistant coach Mike Shafer at shafer@csp.edu.

Midland (NAIA - NE): Midland University is looking to fill one graduate assistant position. The position is expected to start as soon as possible but graduate work doesn’t begin until the fall. The position includes room, board, and tuition. Defensive playing and/or coaching experience is preferred but not required. Wisconsin-Whitewater (D-III): UW-Whitewater is looking for games in 2017 and 2018. A home and away arrangement is preferred. Davenport (NAIA - MI): Davenport has now officially added Greg Huster as defensive coordinator. Huster was the assistant head coach at Mount St. Joe (D-III - OH) last season, and served as the program's defensive coordinator in 2013.

Lou Holtz: Sports Illustrated confirmed last night that Lou Holtz & ESPN have mutually agreed to part ways.

Michigan State: After over 30 seasons with the Spartans, head equipment coordinator Bob Knickerbocker has decided to retire. Knickerbocker held his position since 1983, and worked under six different head coaches.
Midland University (NAIA - NE): Midland University is seeking applicants for student-assistant coaching positions. These positions are intended for individuals who are trying to finish up their undergraduate education. Individuals will receive a scholarship package covering a percentage of tuition, room, and board. Previous football coaching or playing experience is a plus but not required.
